Possibility of early check-in and to choose lower or upper capsule. Capsule was very spacious, as well as the locker for the luggage. Mattress is very nice. Equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher). In the bathrooms foot towels are provided which is very rare for the hostels. Terrace overlooking the center! Extremely convenient location: two minutes walk from the beach and five minutes walk from the main bus station. A market selling local food just opposite the hostel. Bus from the airport stops just opposite as well. At the same time little noise from the street.

No blankets, just a bed sheet instead of. In average it's ok for the nights on Canary islands but it was colder during my visit. Very noisy ventilation so I couldn't use it. It would be great to have hooks for the clothes/towels inside the capsule.

Very central location - in the city center and next to the beach., Comfortable beds and a lot of privacy because of the capsule. Breakfast included. The staff is friendly..

Cleaning time is 12:00-15:00, so at this time everyone has to leave the hostel. Coffee is really really bad (but the breakfast is actually ok). No stove in the kitchen, but the fridge and microwave + kettle.

A bit different kind of hostel, but well organized, capsules are big enough and quite comfortable for one or few nights. Capsules give much more privacy than normal dormitory rooms. Clean everywhere, including common spaces and bathrooms. Staff wasn't there at all time, but good contact and they arrived in 10min for check-in and also next day when I picked up luggage.

The airflow could be better. Breakfast was kind of a joke... no kettle, the coffee heater was broken so we needed to heat it up in microwave. No fruits, no fresh food at all, just products with long expiry date(cupcakes, tosts, sweet jam) plus yoghurt and cereal.

I don’t get why this hostel has such a low rating - it was one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. The privacy and comfort you get from the capsule is something that is often missing in the regular hostels. I slept very well in this one though! The bathrooms are very well thought through and clean. Breakfast is basic but enough. There’s a lot of common spaces too including a cool terraza. Location is amazing - 1 min walk from the see and bus station, a supermarket just across the street. Next time in Santa Cruz I’m definitely staying here!

Maybe just one thing - it would be great to have a stove and a kettle in the kitchen. But there are 2 microwaves so you can manage!

The capsules are stacked in an authentic dark wood-rich Canarian house organized around an impressive light well. Spacious terrace overlooking the street with a view towards the beach. Everything is close by (supermarkets, beach, town square and main shopping street). A small but still fulfilling buffet breakfast is included with attention to special needs (vegetal or lactose-free milk).

It was quite unexpected to sleep in those little cápsulas, as I did not have time to read everything before I booked the place, but it worked really well! very interesting experience :-)) the capsules are very well equipped, with TV and chargers, lights and mirror, ha ha!

The wooden floor was moving when people came to their lockers that were just next to my capsule, and so did my bed together with the floor :D Locking-in your locker without a card… you need a card for unlocking it only… …being tired late at night I locked my backpack together with the card in it. Result? had to wait for staff to come in the morning to unlock it — which they have done very nicely and without problem!

The hostel have a great location in Santa Cruz. The atmosphere is really cool, calm and friendly; the common areas are clean and very nice, with two very cosy flat roofs and in teh ground floor there´s a kitchen with a fridge and microwave, a comfortable couch and several chairs and lunch tables. The breakfast is very good. But further all, the most important point is the staff; they take care of everything, they are really kind and are always in the mood for helping but are very discreet at the same time, and they create that friendly and cool atmosphere that make the difference between a good hostel and a great hostel.

Location is perfect, really in a central. Supermarket just the opposite side of the road. The capsules are really nice, tidy. Matresses super comfortable, and the place has a nice design, mixing the old "La Palma" style with a modern design. There is a roof terrace and also a shared kitchen part and shower with individual cabins tidy and clean. I absolutely loved it....For sure i will go back here!!! I loved it!!

Ideally located in the centre, and a short walk from the beach and only 15 minutes walk from the ferry port.The bed was reasonable comfortable. I had a pleasant stay

The air conditioning in the capsules I found to be noisy, so turned it off and kept the door open to provide some fresh air as the main room was quite cool (November)
