The view and the pools were great! It was lovely to be able to walk straight to the beach and the tiny boulevard of Puerto Naos. The rooms were fine. The breakfast was great, lots of choices. It was also nice that they had fresh fruits with every meal.

The dinner buffet wasn’t that great. You could make a great salad and had a nice choice of cheeses and pieces of meat. However, the hot food dishes weren’t labeled, which makes it hard to know what you can eat as for example a vegetarian. The staff does not speak English that well, so asking what the food is doesn’t work either. Soms foods were cold of had been laying there for quit a while. The drinks were not as cheap as we would have liked, since you have to pay for them outside of your halfboard. The wines were great though!

Room was great, plenty of space and clean. Bathroom was looking good as well. Breakfast had plenty of food and choices. The swimming pool was lovely and great views to the see and local town. I would definitely go back but would have dinner somewhere else.

I've never had to sign as many papers for checking in into a hotel as for this hotel. Jesus, all guests had to sign a lot of paperwork for COVID, police check and data integrity. Ladies, bring your own hair conditioner as the hotel don't provide you with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and shower cap, instead they only had an all-in-one bottle gel. Dinner buffet was good -not great- and you will be charged for drinks, even water!!, but breakfast was definitely better, although poached eggs were actually hard eggs, sadly.

Location close to the beach. Great view. Swimming pools. Nice lifeguards. Good food - wide choice. Nice room interior.

No possibility to use a mattress or any swimming inflatable in a swimming pool even when there were hardly any guests. Unfortunately smoking was allowed in the balconies what meant it was impossible to open the balcony door sometimes :( Too few waiters at the restaurant - sometimes you had to wait for a clean table or cutlery...

Great hotel for little money. Good food. Great room 303. Cleanliness. Large area with a large beach. Convenient promenade with several cafes very close. Calm rest among mature people.

The location is remote from everything. View from the hotel to the ocean and stone mountains without vegetation.

When we had a problem related to air conditioning, the hotel staff did everything to help us and moved us to another room. Also, they seem to take Covid very seriously.

The hotel was really far and difficult to reach, not many restaurants around to have a decent meal. The staff is quite slow. They don't seem to be careful about allergies/intolerances as my husband asked for a burger without cheese (even in Spanish) and they served him a cheeseburger anyway.

Mini club animation staff, really nice and our daughter enjoyed it very much. Pool bar staff friendly, socorista attentive. Housekeeping lady very, very good, friendly and professional.

First off all before arriving there was no information that gym would be closed. We wanted to use the gym a lot and might have changed our booking to another hotel if we would have known. On arrival the welcome from reception was not nice, we haven't been made feel welcome. The room we were given was on 4th floor overlooking hotels car park. After complaining we were given a room on ground floor with pool view. No information was given, that on this evening there would be a presentation and l8ve show for the spanish trial walkers right in front of our room. Various bars were closed during our stay, spa closed, gym closed.... Restaurant service was not good with grumpy old waiters, food in general was poor quality and just lukewarm.. alltgough there was a good variety in itself it was always the same and like said just lukewarm. Restaurant service got better during our stay but we decided to have our dinner elsewhere for the last 3 nights. Breakfast was chaotic, coffeemachines without milk, juice machines not working ( machines were taken away and replaced by jugs 2 days before our deparrure. Scrambled eggs and omelettes were made out of powder, fried eggs could have been used as Frisbee's, poached eggs cold and hard.

The breakfast buffet offers plenty of options for any personal taste. Superior rooms offer both plenty of indoor and outdoor space with great ocean views. The WLAN is strong and reliable even for extended conference calls.

1) The hallways of the hotel are wanting for improvement. There are water and mould stains on the walls and ceilings and the hallways smell like a tomb. 2) The staff often made a stressed and tired impression, overall struggling with their individual duties and tasks as well as with maintaining a professional attitude. This seemed, however, not to be caused by lacking individual capacity, but rather by the hotel's suboptimal management. Examples: Failure to understand and operate the booking processes and data systems, insufficient amount of mobile card payment systems in the restaurant, lacking restaurant supervision (missing cutlery and glasses, food and plastic gloves littered on the floor). 3) The hotel does not have its own parking space. Parking costs 5 EUR extra per day as the parking lots directly outside the are "private".

Location was very beautiful and the hotel had very relaxing outdoor areas. The activities run by one of the girls were great fun.

Service was dreadful. Long queues at reception. Inefficient processes, for example; to get a pool towel, you have to go to reception and pay a €20 deposit and then go to another area to pick up the towel. It takes about 30 mins minimum to 'rent' your towel because of queues. No room cleaning during my 2 night stay. No signage anywhere, takes ages to find the breakfast area and the entry for the pool area. Don't bother looking for a staircase to your room, you will never find it! Staff seemed unhappy in their jobs except the girl who ran the exercise classes - she was great!
