Breakfast buffet was what you’d expect, plenty of choice, but average quality. The room (junior suite) was large and comfortable. For a 5* hotel we would have expected water in the room, and tea/coffee making facilities. Shower gel/ shampoo are attached to the wall in the shower, very difficult to operate with one hand. Very slippery shower tray. No hand soap provided by the wash basins. The swimming pool was large and a perfect temperature. Plenty of sunbeds and towels.

Better facilities in the bedroom, as explained above.

Great facilities and location, breakfast was tremendous. Cava sangria was very good. The available staff were great, polite, accommodating and attentive without being intrusive.

quality of food at pool was lacking, cocktails full of sugar (cosmopolitan made with lime squash for example). Seemed to be understaffed. Pool towel situation seems excessive (albeit they may have non residents coming in that have forced this situation?). I was on crutches during visit due to an accident and was allocated what was possibly the furthest room from reception (block 3 room 201) which seemed a little off, although could have been unavoidable - if that’s the case at least acknowledge it?)

The hotel offers a nice and varied breakfast with a lot of choices. The swimming pool is great as well. The lifeguard was super friendly in offering us towels the entire stay! The entire staff is nice and friendly. The sunbeds are good as well.

The exterior of the hotel is great with a superb swimming pool but the room (we stayed in the junior suite) is a bit outdated. Not really a 5 star hotel feel. There is also a strange smell in the room. It feels like the hotel had its best time. I would give it a 4 star review.

Breakfast was plentiful with a fantastic variety of options and great quality. The room was modern, clean and spacious. The pool was huge and really nice temperature. A slightly warmer pool was excellent for our 2 month baby who was able to stay in it for 30 minutes at a time without being cold. The spa was as excellent and we enjoyed their permitted timeslot of 5pm-7pm for taking our baby into the spa each day. He loved it as much as we did!

The staff were uniformly cheerful and helpful-all 5 days I stayed there. Beds and linens were of high quality. Daily room cleaning was very thorough,on a par with Dubai's level. Breakfast was the most comprehensive of any in Europe that I've ever seen. I do not know this for a fact,but I suspect the hotel's pool is the biggest in all of Ibiza. The materials used to build this hotel are of the finest quality. It will last hundreds of years. Room interiors have attractive veneer- paneled walls.

Gym was small with one mediocre machine for weight training and several for jogging. This hotel is the classic,massive ,resort type of hotel we North Americans see in Mexico,Hawaii and the Caribbean. I saw mostly families and older couples here .Quiet.No flash.Conservative. Nothing wrong with that,but : it lacks the chic ,sophistication of ME Ibiza ,Ushuaia or W or Riomar hotels but it's a better hotel than all ,if a bit staid.

Friendly staff and comfortable

The room service food was very poor. Everything undercooked (raw chips) and the pizza barely cooked. I went as a solo traveller and none of the two restaurants were open so every evening I had no choice but to have room service. If the restaurants were closed due to no staff you should of advertised it on your website. This was a big disappointment.

Excellent breakfast. Lots of choice, excellent quality. Commfortable dining area. Pool area nice and spacious. Good quality beds and pool towels. Room lovely and comfortable. Great air conditioning. Comfortable beds.

No entertainment what so ever. All just rather stayed and boring. No music. Just far too serious a place. No classes eg. yoga, aqua aerobics or stretching. Hotel drinks eye wateringly expensive.

Staff are super friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast amazing, selection is brilliant and omelette station a real treat. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Easy walk into town with excellent number of bars and restaurants.

Location! Large, plenty of area, well laid out. Hamman spa was a lovely inclusion. Beautiful resort with amazing staff.

Sometimes the smell from the canal was very overpowering. Restaurant option, however everything is within a very easy walk
