Lovely hotel with excellent facilities, just a short walk from the beach and bars and restaurants. Spacious rooms with lovely fluffy towels, and comfortable beds.

The pool temperature never seems to warm up, but it is a very large pool. The quality of the food at the restaurant at lunchtime wasn’t great.

Breakfast buffet was what you’d expect, plenty of choice, but average quality. The room (junior suite) was large and comfortable. For a 5* hotel we would have expected water in the room, and tea/coffee making facilities. Shower gel/ shampoo are attached to the wall in the shower, very difficult to operate with one hand. Very slippery shower tray. No hand soap provided by the wash basins. The swimming pool was large and a perfect temperature. Plenty of sunbeds and towels.

Better facilities in the bedroom, as explained above.

The personnel (receptionists, concierges, waiters) were exceptionally nice. They helped me with everything - which was especially valuable, because I was travelling alone with my 2.5 year old daughter. My daughter and I also loved the breakfast buffet, and the room/suite with rooftop terrasse and jacuzzi was incredible. The most important thing is that I felt very welcomed travelling with a young (and loud and playful) kid, which is not a given.

The only thing I can think of is that it was difficult to find a free sunbed at the pool, because people "reserved" sunbeds by putting their stuff on them, although this was officially not allowed. Also next to the toddler pool. I did not ask the hotel personnel for help regarding this, though, so perhaps they would have also solved this problem if I had.

Great facilities and location, breakfast was tremendous. Cava sangria was very good. The available staff were great, polite, accommodating and attentive without being intrusive.

quality of food at pool was lacking, cocktails full of sugar (cosmopolitan made with lime squash for example). Seemed to be understaffed. Pool towel situation seems excessive (albeit they may have non residents coming in that have forced this situation?). I was on crutches during visit due to an accident and was allocated what was possibly the furthest room from reception (block 3 room 201) which seemed a little off, although could have been unavoidable - if that’s the case at least acknowledge it?)

The hotel was fabulous. Spa a real treat, staff lovely and bedroom very high standard. We have had a wonderful holiday overall and plan to return next year.

Only negative for us was there was a nespresso coffee machine in the room rather than a kettle. The lovely English maid provided one which was great as we lovely our morning cup of tea. To be fair, this wasn't an issue as the staff were so obliging. Would highly recommend the hotel to people of all ages.

Nice location, very comfortable, spacious bedroom. Excellent breakfast.

The poolside restaurant/bar was completely covered/shaded so was actually very cold with a strong breeze. The arrangement of sun loungers around the pool was a bit odd - rows of 4 accessible only from the poolside which meant you would have to climb over people taking the end seats to get to the inside ones. Late season but half of them got no sun.

Rooms are spacious and clean. We had breakfast only, the options were extensive and tasty. Pool is a good size, we never had a problem getting a sun lounger. Very good hotel, would return and recommend

The prices for eating and drinking in the hotel were too high. We adapted by eating out each night in the local town (10 min walk) and going to the supermarket in town to buy our own soft and alcoholic drinks as well as snacks for lunch.

Lovely spacious, clean rooms. Very good soundproofing and blackout curtains, so we were not disturbed. Really nice selection at breakfast. Friendly, courteous staff. Lovely pool area. Complimentary showers for late check out.

The beds were a little too firm.

Excellent front staff, very helpful and friendly, quite close to town.

Too big, felt empty, more for families with kids than couples. Disappointing pool bar, terrible lunch at the pool bar, absolutely not fitting of a 5 star hotel, having put off by the food at the pool bar was reluctant with having dinner at the hotel. House keeping staff need a bit of training, had daily issues with missing bath robes.

The hotel offers a nice and varied breakfast with a lot of choices. The swimming pool is great as well. The lifeguard was super friendly in offering us towels the entire stay! The entire staff is nice and friendly. The sunbeds are good as well.

The exterior of the hotel is great with a superb swimming pool but the room (we stayed in the junior suite) is a bit outdated. Not really a 5 star hotel feel. There is also a strange smell in the room. It feels like the hotel had its best time. I would give it a 4 star review.
