I stayed here for a couple of days before I headed off to host a retreat nearby. It is a great location close to the port and town of Santa Eulalia. A lovely complimentary plate of fruit for my arrival. Great breakfast with a lovely outside space to eat if the weather is good. Clean and comfortable. Good range of TV channels Good value for money. Lovely staff.

The walls are paper-thin. I could hear a whole conversation being had in the room next door, as well as their snoring!

amazing hotel. the breakfast was superb…and the staff ( Mar, Laura and the gentleman at the breakfast) was amazing, helped us all along the way. The room was comfy with a Nespresso machine. The view, the bar and the pool were great.

i would have expected the safe in the room not to be for an extra cost. Also there was a garage while it stated on Booking.com that there is no parking places and of course it was full. lastly the check in at 16:00 is too late considering we requested early check in even for extra fee as we were arriving at 8 am in the morning.

This is a lovely hotel, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the outside space is beautiful and the location is great. Our room was nice, with a good bathroom and a great balcony to sit out on. Breakfast was very good with a good selection.

Our bed was SOOOOO hard!!!!! I actually struggled to sleep, which was such a shame as otherwise we really liked this hotel. The decor in the room was a bit stained and tired but as it was the end of the season, we will give the benefit of the doubt that it will be painted fresh over the winter. The restaurant wasn't the best, great for snacks/sandwiches by the pool but we ate there one evening and it wasn't great.

We loved everything, the hotel has a very laid back feel with beach towels readily available and nothing too much trouble. Our rooms were fabulous (502 & 503). The hotel is very well located with 3 beaches within easy reach and lots of restaurant and bar choices within a 5 min walk. Our late flight home was made very easy with a luggage room and a courtesy room for showering. Breakfast was awesome with lots of choice. Service at the hotel was fabulous and we can’t wait to go back

We had such a delicious stay in Hotel Tres Torres! We loved everything. The location is great, just at the end of the boulevard of Santa Eularia. Great location to have a stroll at night and get a drink of ice cream (just outside the hotel is the best one). The hotel has a private parking for €10 a day. The hotel is recently renewed and it looks so beautiful. The swimming pool is beautiful and comfortable and the bar and outside terrace as well. Beautiful Ibiza style. They also opened a new restaurant and the food was delicious. The calamari were the best one of our holiday. The room is big and comfortable, with a nespresso machine and a nice balcony with sea view. The shower was big and spacious with bath robs and nice products. The breakfast was big with a lot of variety, we especially enjoyed the variety of fresh fruit (melons, kiwi, papaja, pineapple etc). What mostly stood out for us though was the staff. They were so kind and friendly and took everything out of your hands (but not in a pushy way). All the staff member greet you, they help with the umbrella at the swimming pool, make sure there are no beds claimed, bring an extra towel if needed, and were just so kind. We really think the staff made our stay so pleasant, so big thanks to them! We would also definitely recommend the hotel to young couples, especially now it’s so beautifully renewed.

Perfectly located, with character, a lovely pool and an amazing team. Generous breakfast that has different options everyday, so does't get boring. The service they give is top notch. Rooms are comfortable, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean. What makes this hotel stand out is the attention to detail. They go out of their way in terms of service, such as lending a room after you've checked out so you can shower before flying (subject to availability). Great advice too re best spot for the beach!

Great location within easy walking distance of the town, bars and restaurants, but also well located for venturing further afield. The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly and the buffet breakfast provided an excellent selection for all tastes. It’s great that pool/beach towels are provided, and even beach umbrellas upon request.

Travelling and staying at the height of the season, it was costly for a family of four (therefore two rooms), so potential for family room configuration might have potential to make more affordable - but not uncommon dilemma we face. Lots of positives about the hotel, but my only gripe was that the bathroom sink didn’t drain and should’ve been flagged by the cleaning staff and resolved by the maintenance team.

Large room (junior suite) on the top floor, with a reasonably good view over the marina. Small private terrasse, although the weather did not allow much opportunity to enjoy it. Well situated by the marina and not too far from Ibiza town and airport. Good , varied buffet breakfast. Helpful staff (special mention for Dani)

Sound insulation between rooms is insufficient. Crying baby next door... Hotel private parking inadequate (12 places for 100+ rooms). Extra charge if you can get a spot! Needs a bit more maintenance/cleaning: Mouldy grout in the shower. A concrete block with very little of Ibiza charm.

The location of the property is fantastic, everything is in walking distance. The pool area is very peaceful and relaxing. We were here celebrating my husbands Birthday weekend and we couldn’t of asked for anything better. Our room on the top floor was fantastic, the terrace is AMAZING! The staff were all so kind and friendly and couldn’t of done any more for us. Even a late checkout was no problem at all. All in all a perfect stay and we will definitely be back to this hotel and will definitely recommend it. Thank You Laura and all the staff for making our stay a special one

Great location, close to the centre and able to walk everywhere. Beautiful on the seafront and pier. Good breakfast, cater for a lot of options. Clean & tidy room with everything we needed.

Unable to bring anything (food/drink) outside of the hotel into the pool area. The hotel bar is a lot more expensive. Manager spoke to us after drinking bottled water we brought into the hotel. We went to the beach instead. We were also questioned a few times coming in & out if we were staying here and asked to show our hotel card.
