The staff were so amazingly friendly. We decided to upgrade to the all inclusive when we got there, it just made sense at the price it was. Everything that wasn’t included in the all inclusive was discounted and clearly shown on their menus. The views are breathtaking especially the roof top bar!

I wish there would have been access to the ocean. Steps leading down so you could jump in. I could see the hotel next to ours offered paddle boarding which would have been a bonus. I also would have loved more entertainment in the evening as it’s on every other day, and we were only there for the weekend.

not enough pool facilities. no beds at 845. or rest of day. pay high price for a great hotel but cannot use facilities. specifically sun-beds. every one jumps on as pool opens puts their towels down and go away doing something else. never to return. despite a policy of 30mins. so much competitive possession. many residents including my group disappointed. needs sorted.

Staff were all absolutely fantastic! They made the place an absolute pleasure to be at. Hard working, always smiling, happy to help and very attentive! views are astonishing! Large rooms, fantastic balconies, located on the sea front so short walk down steps from the pool to the sea.

22 euro for the posher sunbeds I thought was too expensive. very few of them were ever being used because of the price. We only wanted them for 2 hours sometimes but had to pay full price.

The location of the hotel is superb. It's location on the end of a cliff overlooking the bay was beautiful. There were two beautiful and large pools and there was private access to the sea by a stone path and small pooltype stairs into the water. Or just jump down from the cliff!! Breakfast was decent, ample choices and enough but just not really to our liking, but that's personal.

We booked with only breakfast included, luckily, because our dinner experience was dissapointing. We tried it once. We arrived at 20:25 not knowing the buffet would close at 21:00, of course we could/should have been able to find this somewhere, the staff could have made us aware of this. What we found was a buffet style dinner, with limited and old options at that time. Better go outside to eat, better quality is very close by and cheaper too.

Junior Suite was great, spacious with fantastic views. Breakfast was perfect, lots of choice, fresh and in big quantities.

Pool was too overcrowded, so much so that you could not get a bed after 9am, towels on beds with no one on them, should not be allowed really. Main beach is a good 20 min walk away. There is a small beach as you come out of the hotel go left, around a 10 min walk, only small and has no sand but has sun loungers on the smooth rocks, it's nicer than the main beach, it has diving boards into the sea, great for snorkling and has a beach hut for drinks and snacks, well worth a visit

Location in terms of it being right by the sea was amazing, but area itself isn’t authentic - bars and restaurants aimed at English and German tourists. Overall I would be happy to stay here again. Rooms could be modernised a little bit but very clean and comfortable overall. Air con isn’t very strong.

I like everything about this property particularly the staff. If I can suggest something, they should ask solo travellers if they want to share their table at breakfast or dinner. I’ll take that offer as I found it very lonely staying at the hotel with no one to talk to.

the furniture in the room needs to be upgraded. also provide a hair conditioner in the room. I stayed in a junior suite, thanks to the upgrade and expect a full bathroom amenities to be provided.

Room was so gorgeous all my friends thought I was in Santorini. We were choosing between this and iberostar and I’m so glad we chose this. I will definitely be back. I cannot fault this hotel. Everything was meticulously thought out and I wish I was still there.

The dinner didn’t meet expectations however, we were only bed and breakfast so decided to eat out every night. This is the only thing I would fault with the hotel and I’d say that’s very good.

Lovely hotel and staff. Probably the best views from all the hotels in Santa Ponsa. Good breakfast selection, nice cool pool and Jacuzzi with lots of sunloungers it also has access to go swim in the sea. Clean room which was serviced each day. The Aircon works very well however it is a little loud on top speed if your a light sleeper. Beds were firm but comfortable which is our preference. Very relaxing environment around the hotel.
