Great location, quiet and clean rooms. Perfect for a relaxing holiday spent enjoying the pool or beach. Would recommend going All Inclusive which is competitively priced and keeps costs down. The food and drink options in the Main Buffet / Restaurant are really varied.

One thing to be mindful of is that the resort is approx 50 mins from the airport. One way taxi costs around 80 Euros.

The room was nice and the cleaning staff were very good. The hotel breakfast was very good and served for long hours (full until 11am then continental until midday). There were two bars which were both nice with good cocktails. The location was good for Cala Egos beach (between the two hotel buildings) and town centre. It is not too loud or busy compared to Cala D'Or area, however that area is also walkable (1.5 miles away) if you want to go there. There are two swimming pools which were clean and nice, and three areas for sunbathing. A Tui rep is on site meaning you can book excursions easily.

We initially booked this property on the premise that Booking.com states it has a 'fitness centre.' This is definitely stretching the truth, there is an outdoors sports court which has limited equipment (some spinning bikes, some of which don't work properly, some mats, a bar for pull ups etc, but zero free weights equipment or machines, outdoors so VERY hot for exercising). This is more critical of Booking.com than Alua Soul as it doesn't make it clear it isn't a proper gym. I had to pay for a gym across the road. The activities staff tried hard but think there could be a better range of classes etc for a large hotel like this. Also the door lock for our room broke at one stage (battery ran out) which took quite a bit of sorting out, but to be fair it did get sorted.

The location is great, though it’s quite complicated to get there from the airport if you are not taking the shuttle service. Once you get there, you have all you need in the neighborhood (supermarkets, restaurants, cosmetics shops…) The buffet is great, they change the menu almost everyday especially the dinner, the food tastes great and the quality is good The entertainment offers are great, you have a private beach with less people, you have a swimming pool, which is daily cleaned, you have good bars and you can also enjoy the sauna and spa

The soundproof is quite bad in the room, you can clearly hear what you neighbors are saying Most hotel staffs don’t speak and understand English, the communication could be difficult but they are friendly and nice. If it’s cold outside during the dinner time you might have to be there when dinner starts otherwise you have to wait for a long time to get a table inside and they don’t have blankets or something to keep you warm in the outside area of the buffet restaurant

Breakfast I've never had a view quite like it, really the pictures don't do it justice. I can't comment for the buffet as we only stayed 3 nights and stuck to the a la carte restaurants. 5 restaurants to pick from was difficult enough and couldn't quite believe they were all included in the half board package at no extra cost. Room extremely clean, well equipped and gorgeous view. Beds VERY comfy, too comfy. Location couldn't of been better, just a half hour walk from the marina and plenty of shops and bars around the hotel. We loved it so much we already booked to go back for a week in summer!!

Honestly can't think of anything... and I've tried.

It was really unique that we had our own cala in the hotel, it was really beautiful and we really enjoyed it as it was our first time in Mallorca. We paid for our favorite club and the all inclusive and we though that both were well worth it because of the marea restaurant and the little bar with the beds upstairs. We saved a lot of money on food, spa and drinks as we spent the majority of our time at the hotel. Nikolai from the reception made our check in and check out really easy and explained everything to us since day 1. Waiters, bartenders and waitresses were really nice and friendly. The night shows were fun.

The only little thing that we can say is that, because it was end of season, there were workers doing a lot of drilling outside our room which woke us up at one point, but we only got off the room to the pool and return after they have already finished and problem was fixed. I think that would not have happened if it wouldn't have been end of season, before they close for winter vacations.

I did not like the bathroom in our room. It was open to the rest of the room. There were separate ‘cubicles’ for toilet and shower, but the sink area was open to the room. It was fine but I would have preferred a separate bathroom. It was ok for us, but if you were sharing a room with a friend it might it be ideal! Room was a bit warm and air con wasn’t the most effective.

Amazing hotel set at beautiful cove with sandy beach. Lots of secluded places to sunbath on the rocks, beautiful design, nice My Drem Club zone, we took Premium Suite and had huge terrace with sea view. Nice amenities in the room, nespresso, kettle to make Your favourite tea :) Staff is very professional and super-nice, animation team is amazing :) evening music is not that loud, if someone does not like-take a nice evening walk to the beach or nearby town. Overall I liked everything about this place and I will be back 😊 Thank You!

Food was amazing, staff were lovely, a great setting for a hotel and had a great time. It is very clean and would recommend this place to anyone.

Not enough sun loungers so people were putting towels on then early in the morning to reserve them. Not enough tables and chairs around the evening entertainment area. People had to sit on loungers if you didn’t get there early enough. Jellyfish in the sea which stopped us going in much. (obviously I’m not blaming the hotel for this 😅) Seemed as if the hotel was a little short staffed in the restaurant when it came to ordering more drinks. Two single beds made to be a double. None of this wouldn’t stop me going back though these are very very minor issues in what is a fabulous hotel.
