This place is perfect if you want a "one stop shop" for you holiday with the family. It's a resort like spot, with all inclusive amenities and activities. The room was acceptable. Parking was easy.

Definetely not an authentic Mallorca experience, the whole town of Cala d'Or and the hotel included. The air conditioning didn't work. The buffet was sub par.

Nice views. Friendly staff. Pools are nice. Relaxing atmosphere. Great activites for young and old alike. Free filtered water downstairs near lobby for filling own containers.

No bottled water in the rooms. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was quite average. Coffee machines in the restaurant must be using unfiltered tap water because the coffee tastes brackish.

The food was great, the drinks were nice, the pool felt good. There was an amazing view over the cliffside, you could even walk down to the rocks and lay down there with a towel. The staff was very accomodating, and props to the animation group that were there to keep everyone entertained. This is a great place to go to with friends, partner, or even family.

I can't find a concrete bad thing about the hotel, maybe that there were no locks in the bathrooms. There was a slight temporary problem that was solved within 3 days, but we were accomodated with a temporary solution for that problem during those 3 days.

We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The location is absolutely incredible on the cliff. They also have a stairs down to the sea where you can jump in. With all the pools there was always enough room and enough sun beds all day long. The whole hotel was very very clean and the rooms too. The all inclusive food was pretty good as well. The walk down to the marina is 15 minutes which is perfect, and a taxi to the main centre costs like 6 euro’s.

Room was good and comfortable, nice view of the ocean and pool. Good value with their breakfast and lots of options for dinner.

One of the days our room was left open by the cleaning team - luckily nothing happened but definitely a safety concern.

The room was really clean & spacious, and the view of the family pool and sea was beautiful! We spent most of our time at the adults only pool which was lovely and relaxing and quiet. The food was delicious and lots of choice and variety! The main town was only a short walk away, along with the Marina.

The lunch and dinner buffets were split into 2 times, we were advised that most of the children went to the earlier times so we went to the later ones, but it was a little too late and we were pretty hungry by the time we went. There was also a bit of a smell in the bathroom and on our last day the hot water kept cutting out.

Lovely spacious rooms and good value for money, food was very good too and lovely staff.

Performance wasn’t the greatest and could hear it when trying to sleep.

the hotel is about 45-60 minutes from the airport just outside central Cala D’or. The hotel has 3 pools, an amazing entertainment team, and the food was fantastic. The entertainment team really make this hotel, they are fantastic, offering activities for adults and children. The holiday club is great, and they looked after the children like they were their own. The food was great, we went all inclusive and car enjoyed all the food. The alcohol was local brands, but strong and plentiful. The family pool was large with plenty of space, and overlooks the ocean with oh is great. Make sure you get up for sunset at least once, it’s amazing. Oh and finally, the resident cat is great. She loves a fuss 🥰

The air conditioning wasn’t very cool, which we know is part of the Spanish law, but this would be our only complaint.

The hotel has a very nice location directly on the cliff. So the view is exceptional! Our room was very big, had a nice little terrace with direct sea view. The food was very good and although it‘s everyday buffet, there is variety between each day!

Maybe we should have read the description a bit better, but there is no direct beach access. The closest beach is about 5 minutes away, but it‘s a very tiny bay - so especially if you are there in the main season, it gets super crowded. The staff was very friendly & competent. Only the room service seemed do not bother and not making an effort at all - we didn‘t get any towels for 3 days and had to chase them to get any.

Very well run hotel with friendly staff, clean refurbished apartments and lovely sea views. Shops, bars, restaurants about 800 metres away. Highly recommended.

About a mile out of Cala D'Or town but its a lovely walk and theres the little train every hour.
