We booked three nights here as a reward after the camino and were very pleased! Huge rooms, comfortable beds, great bathroom, helpful staff, great wifi. Our only regret is not trying the sauna downstairs. We didn't book the breakfast option wince we are not breakfast people; we went down to the restaurant for just a coffee each morning and the staff were charged us for just the coffee. Great location in the "real" town away from the tour groups, but just a few minutes' walk away from attractions.

What a great place to stay. Beautiful hotel, full of artworks. Our family room was huge with very comfortable bed/pillows plus a large sofa bed which was also very comfy (4 year old slept like a log). Staff were so friendly. Great location just a short stroll from the old town and cathedral. Car park with direct access to the hotel do very easy with lots of luggage. Breakfast selection is very good and when you order drinks from the bar they bring you complimentary cruises/tapas. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Just one minor point. The bar is located in a cafeteria so not a very comfortable setting. Didn’t upset us or put us off but some people might not appreciate it…

Mixed feelings about this hotel, the way we were treated when we arived was more of a 3 star hotel, when we left it was 5 stars as the reception staff was much more attentive. Parking is convenient but hotel spaces must be better marked, if you miss them and get out of the parking you need to take a big turn around the city again. Room was big but with no character at all. It s mostly almost 4 stars bit it could be 5 star with the right management.

Careful with parking, hotel must mark their spaces more clearly. Lady at reception didn t made us feel welcome at all.

Although not right by the cathedral, it is close enough, plus it is surrounded by restaurants, stores, and markets (most of which are closed on Sundays). The staff were helpful and kind. There is a very basic gym. The room is nicely furnished. There is artwork throughout the hotel.

Drinking water in the room would have been nice (the bathroom tap water tasted metallic). The heater did not work. Gym lacks heavier weights. Water fountain in gym was empty. The atmosphere felt a little stiff, formal, and devoid of warmth. No bathrobe or slippers in room. Feels more like a 4-star hotel.

Location was great, right in the centre of Santiago. We walked to all places we needed to go. The room was very spacious and the staffs were all very helpful. They offered to let me stay in my room past checkout time as I was waiting for my husband to finish his massage in the hotel.

Could be useful to have a kettle in the room for some tea and coffee. And the drains don't work very well in the bathroom sink and shower room, very slow.

Very good location, it is right in the commercial area and a 5-minute walk from the old town and the cathedral, it has parking and places for guests, we did not include breakfast in our reservation but the breakfast looks complete, we had a coffee there and they gave us free croissants, the employees at the reception are friendly and very helpful, the room is very large, the bathroom is perfect ! our AC was not working well one night, it was fixed immediately

Good location, biiiig rooms with big bed which was very comfortable. Best bed we had on our travels. Very pleasant reception staff. Nice cosmetics in the bathroom, very pleasant smelling shampoo and shower gel. Good selection of other stuff but that is all we used.

The shower was a bit pathetic, but big bath if you prefer bath anyway. Thought the breakfast at eur 16 was not a great value, not massive selection for that price and you are in city so plenty of cafes around

Great location, close to everything and a supermarket next door. Reception staff so friendly and kind to my son. Our room was large and was overlooking the pool. Large shower and nice quality shampoo/conditioner etc Happy to store luggage and can give you towels for the pool at reception for a small deposit

I’m being picky but the pool is very deep at 1.6m. if you are not tall or a confident swimmer a float would be needed,

Amazing property, esp when compared to others in the area. The single room allotted to me was very spacious and the bathroom similarly large. All the things expected of a 5star hotel were available. The receptionists and staff were very helpful. The pilgrims massage service by Sophie was beyond par and extremely therapeutic. The breakfast buffet was very good. The art displayed all around the hotel is a pleasure to behold! An excellent hotel overall!

The hotel is old but the rooms have an excellent maintenance what makes the hotel to have very big rooms with excellent characteristics (pillows, mattress, bathroom, etc.). The location is also really good because you are in the center of the city and you have a lot of attractions near in less than 10-15 min walking. We didn’t have the breakfast included but we paid for it (15 euros/person) and we think that it was quite fair.
