This small hotel is absolutely wonderful. It is in the center of Sevilla, but the inner courtyard and patio make for a very quiet and relaxed stay. We spent every late afternoon in the courtyard, which is reserved for guests and would often end our evenings there. The location is perfect - very close to Real Alcazar, the Cathedral, and literally less than five minutes away from the quiet and beautiful Jardins de Murillo. The staff, Fascal in particular, was fantastic. Our waiter (Francisco?) was patient and friendly and professional. One of our favorite hotels in a month-long stay in Spain.

Some reviews complain about wifi service - we had virtually no problem and my husband had to work part of the time.

Excellent location in Santa Cruz, one of the best neighborhoods to stay in at Seville. Close to everything and quiet at the same time! The hotel decoration is as Andalusian as it gets, with a wonderful indoors patio where breakfast is served, hand-picked furniture and paintings on each room, and nice small terraces where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the view.

Breakfast is quite rich but it could have some more Spanish flair instead of the standard Continental breakfast options. Also WiFi wasn't very responsive.

We visited this place for the second time. It is a charming boutique hotel located in the historic town, just a few hundred meters away from the cathedral and the castle. The space is quite lovely, featuring  a comfortable bed. The team is extremely caring and amicable.  Excellent breakfast; I can additionally endorse the restaurant.  Overall, an excellent option for a city getaway  to Sevilla!

We like absolutely everything. Beautiful boutique with attention to every detail. The room was amazing and the breakfast and diner very, very good. But mostly we were delighted and impressed with their customer service. Pablo,the concierge, was exceptional! Puts a smile on our faces whenever we talked to him, very passionate and considerate. His boss was a great problem solver with a mistake in the booking and the young lady was pure smiles and kind in helping us to walk with the luggages that were very heavy but however since it is a pedestrian street she walks various blocks with them we are since we are not very young and all of them made easier all. Next year we will come back and hope to see Pablo, a real gem.

A beautiful traditional hotel in a perfect location. The courtyard garden is so pretty and a lovely area for sitting with a drink. The staff are helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Minor issues, not keen on using the room key to lock/unlock the safe. The eggs at breakfast are not cooked very much and cold.

This place is the most charming home away from home you’ll ever find. We’ve been going to the Rey Moro for many years and it just keeps getting better and better. You may think it’s pricey. Not so. With the room rate comes so many amenities that dwindle down the price in the most charming way. A free welcome drink for two in one of the nicest bars in Sevilla, just by the cathedral. The breakfast is so abundant , catered eggs as you order, Andaluzan spécialités, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice to die for, ham, lovely breads amd more. It’s a fantastic start to the day , especially if, weather permitting, they set up in their outdoor square by the fountain and glorious flowers. And if not, the indoor room is so pretty. In the room you have a kettle, tea and coffee. And room service. Rarely have I found room service available in Spain except at 5 star hotels. And I love room service. You’re thinking “sure, they want you do buy”. But not so. Each room has a fridge ( not a bar with bottles, a fridge for you to store things). And every floor has a microwave for your use. And if that’s not enough, if you get peckish from walking around the most beautiful city in Spain - and you will, because this hotel in smack dab in the center, 10 minute walk from everything - there’s a free afternoon snack at 17:00 😊 of tea, coffee, and a myriad of snacks.

This was my second stay here; it's a beautiful hotel well positioned in Santa Cruz with a restauant, which was important to me as we stayed over Christmas holidays and I wasn't sure what would be open. We were practically the only guests in the hotel and our room was lovely. Just be aware there is virtually no privacy as the bathroom is a sliding door.

I was disappointed there were no special perks for us over the holidays and off season travel. Offering complimentary breakfast on Christmas morning, a bottle of cava or something special would have been nice. Other hotels I stayed at did this. When we make an effort to be there in lower tourism seasons I think hotels need to find creative ways to retain loyal customers. The staff was lovely.

The location was perfect in the Santa Cruz neighborhood. The hotel was quaint and charming. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The courtyard is adorable. We were very happy with our 3 night stay and will be returning to this hotel when we come back to Sevilla. The restaurant was cute and the burrata salad was amazing!

Lovely place, very central and the hotel staff couldn’t be more helpful. I don’t think we used the hotel for everything it had to offer (we didn’t eat there) but that’s only because we’d booked a lot of restaurants. Very lovely rooms and very clean. Maybe offer robes and more large towels.

More towels and robes but can’t say I didn’t like that it’s just an observation.

This property was so cute, the vibes were amazing! The room was beautiful, and there was AC. The courtyard is cute, and there is a restaurant on the first floor. The staff was also super nice, and very helpful!

The only issue we had was there was construction from 7:30am-1pm. Both nights we were woken up by that.
