The apartment was very nice and mega cozy. We got 2 bottles of water for free, the is a fridge, which is nice (also a tea kettle). The sofa and bed are comfortable, mainly the sofa, where two people can fit. There is also a balcony into the street. We could also store our luggage after the check-out (we asked before in the restaurant), which was really nice. The apartments are situated in the center of Sevilla, near the cathedral, which is ideal, however it took us some time to go though the tiny alleys with the car to pick up our luggage ;) In conclusion, we were very satisfied with the accommodation.

First we had some problems with the check-in, because we booked the apartment 2 hours before we arrived, so we did not receive the codes via WhatsApp yet (don't know why), so I contacted the ISA company and one employee helped us get the code for the entrance and etc. Thanks for that, but it could work automatically after the booking. So that people don't need to wait and can get immediately after 15:00 into the apartment ;)

I would definitely change the shower head because it’s a bit uncomfortable (it’s vertical so if you don’t want to wash your hair it makes it a bit tricky, plus the pressure of water is a bit low) - we would however book here again when we’ll come back because it’s been an amazing stay anyway :)

Location is unbeatable! At the heart of Seville, 3 mins walking to the cathedral and Alcazar. The room was spotless, very clean! The staff was friendly, very responsive.

It was a great experience overall. If I have to say something “I didn’t like”, I would say the communication can be a bit more assertive and answer a bit faster. Please keep in mind this is me being extra picky because this place was amazing.

Excellent location, in the historic centre of Seville and close to many restaurants. The staff is quite accommodating.

Some small details were missing, like an iron in the room. Additionally, the bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, so as you can't avoid the water in your head, It would be nicer shower caps to be provided.

This property in a true gem.Location could not be better minutes from the cathedral.In terms of value for money it is truly exceptional.I am a regular visitor to Seville and have stayed in several properties in the city but none even comes close in terms of value for money

Excellent value for the price, great location, clean and spacious apartment. There is no reception so we had to check in and communicate online but that was totally fine and we had no problems.

The only think that we didn’t like was that the air freshener was too strong.

Nothing that I can think of. Work on the terrace meant we could not use but it's going to be good for everyone in the future.

Property was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Access was easy. Lovely.
