Perfect location, calm and stylish atmosphere, kind personnel. This is a music themed hotel, with classical instruments and soft piano music around. Our room had a spacious terrace. We walked for miles and miles, so the jacuzzi on the roof was very welcome. I spent there one evening during a slight drizzle, while looking at a purple sky. It was very moving. Sevilla was home because of this hotel. Also a plus: you can use the swimming pool all year round.

Our room (301) was directly under the rooftop terrace, so footsteps can be heard quite clearly. We were there in off season so it was quiet anyway, but for light sleepers in high season it might be not the best room. Also the ceiling in the room was peeling a little, but this is a minor detail.

The hotel and the old city and what it has to offer. The cathedral tour was very good and well worth it.

The way the horses are treated down at the cathedral- inhumane and witnessed one falling and made get back up again. It is cruel and tourists need to stop supporting this animal cruelty right before our eyes. I watched and didn't see one owner feed or water or rest the horses - Shame on the tourists that pay for this service.

Staff very friendly and bed comfortable. The bed was a bit firm for me but I asked for an extra topper which was put on for me. We slept very well. The jacuzzi was really good too.

There were a few little housekeeping things, which we mentioned and were all dealt with. Our bathroom had spots of mould on the wall and ceiling. Our daughter got a painful electric shock from her lamp. I think the room was a bit small - there wasn't a lot of space around the bed.

Excellent rooftop bar, laid back and casual, I liked that you could use the jacuzzi and pool at any time. This was such a bonus for the centre of Seville. The ground floor is beautifully decorated with instruments, I loved the harp and grand piano that you could play with! It has a cute charm with interesting nooks to sit and relax. Staff were really friendly and welcoming.

I thought there could have been more to offer in terms of tea and coffee making facilities given it was 4 stars. No milk, no spoons, no coffee machine. Our room was a bit on the small side. The windows let in all the noise of people having breakfast from the hotel courtyard below. Our shower flooded the bathroom!

We liked that the staff was friendly and helpful. Specifically, Rocio at the main desk was very helpful and always ready to answer questions we had. We also enjoyed the comfort of having nice spaces in which to spend some time in the hotel. (Only the musical selection in the reception floor could be a little less clichê)

The room could be set up a little better. Why only one "chaise" in a room for a couple? And it would be nice to have space for two pieces of luggage and some shelves. The lighting could also be better. There is no way to light up the whole room and there did not seem to be much logic as to which light switch would light each lamp.

The Hotel Amadeus is unusually beautifully decorated, and has considerable space available to sit either on the roof (there is a series of little terraces) or in a number of pretty rooms within. It is a hotel with real character and we were warmly greeted on arrival. They also proved they could organise a taxi very efficiently despite being up an alleyway too narrow for cars to drive. The bar on the roof was efficient, and it was a lovely area to relax after we had checked out and before we left Seville.

We were going to have breakfast, but there was a queue and no-one seemed to be attending to it. The room above ours had creaky floorboards.

I absolutely loved this property throughout. It had charm and character. The classical music playing and the instruments scattered. The coolness against the heat outside. The staff were all very helpful too and we loved going up to the roof to cool down. The location was bang in the middle of everything. It couldn’t have been more perfect.

I loved the property but worth knowing that some rooms have windows on inner courtyards. Our room (Wagner) was very dark. It wasn’t a problem because it kept it cool which in August heat was a good thing. However, if I returned I would ask for a room that had more light flowing into it. The bar area during the day is unmanned. It would have been nice to be able to buy and iced coffee or something similar. Towels ran out but the sun was so hot you dried instantly so not an issue. A couple of the sunbeds need replacing. But would I visit again, oh yes, in a heartbeat.

Beautiful music themed hotel. Large room, comfortable bed and very good rainfall shower. Fabulous breakfast. Not included in price and not cheap but kept us going until mid afternoon. Really good location with all major attractions in easy walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff.

Disappointed that the jacuzzi was no longer there. They were a bit stingy with tea/coffee etc in the room and with refreshing the toiletries, considering the price. Could be a bit greener. Unnecessarily changed all the towels every day and didn’t use refillable toiletries.

I honestly loved this accommodation. It was in an excellent location to explore this gorgeous town. Our room was homely, comfortable and spacious and this was reflected throughout the hotel. So many lovely shared areas that were beautifully decorated and in keeping with the architecture and influence of the area. It had a musical theme but this was tastefully done. The pool area was a bonus and again it felt like I was in someone's home with the seating areas and pot plants. It also had amazing views of the town.

The roof top bar was under staffed as multiple guests were waiting to order drinks and it was some time until a bar tender was able to help us. We had to go downstairs twice to ask for someone to come and help us. Overall though I think it may have been to being short staffed that day.

The location was very good for our 4 days to walk around Seville. The staff were very professional and helpful. The Room facilities we were assigned were clean, quiet and comfortable for a good night sleep. Restaurants and bars around to choose from. The hotel is decorated with musical instruments which gives the place a unique feel. We even had an upright piano in our room which needed tuning and adjustments to be played, but it was an experience to take photos in our own Hotel room! We used the Laundry service for a reasonable cost and clothing was promptly delivered at the end of the day and delicately folded. We did not use the breakfast service. Incidentally we discovered the Sala Fabiola around the corner for a surprisingly very good and intimate Flamenco Show.

There was nothing that we disliked. Maybe a bit inconvenient was the fact that since there is no direct access for vehicles to the hotel entrance (its a single lane street perpendicular to the hotel), you have to park 5-10mins away and walk with your luggage to the Hotel.
