The hotel is in a prime location, moments walk to main attractions but still in a quiet location. The room was a great size with lovely bathroom, beds were comfy as well as nice and cool even when it was 43c outside. The complimentary tea time between 4:30 and 6:30 (tea, coffee, chocolate milk, mini muffins and biscuits) was a nice touch when we returned to freshen up before our evening activities. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and an asset to this hotel.

The kettle in our room was broken but literally this was the only thing that came up and it did not impact us in the slightest.

The location is next to none, ideal location with easy access to everything but still in a quiet area. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. We opted for the standard double which are located on the ground floor, they are basic but have everything you need for your stay including a hairdryer, tea/coffee facility and toiletries. Nice walk in shower and bed was extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel for a short visit to Seville!

Woken up extremely early by people in reception however that’s to be expected with a room on the ground floor and we didn’t mind as we wanted to get up early anyway!

The location is brilliant, right in the heart of the city with everything in walking distance. The price reflects this and it is really worth it. Staff were all so friendly and extremely helpful. Would book tickets, print tickets etc. Give recommendations. Nice toiletries in room. Tea and snacks every afternoon included.

Some difficulties in making the air conditioner unit work. Bed was a little hard, i mentioned this and they put a mattress topper on.

The location was on a lovely quiet street full of historic buildings. The room was comfortable and modern with a lovely window looking onto the street below, The bed was comfy and the bathroom was large and modern with a great shower. Unfortunately the tv was not working although we didn't need it. The coffee machine was difficult to use and we would have liked some biscuits. The breakfasts were wonderful! with lots of choice and fresh good quality ingredients.

It was a shame to bar area wasn't very atmospheric in the evening

. This is a superb city centre hotel. We would definitely stay again but it was very pricey and I would be careful about room choice. . The breakfast was absolutely superb and definitely recommend staying in for it. The staff (almost all)were friendly, helpful and willing to make our stay wonderful. The room we had was sufficient although not luxurious. The toilet and shower were just off the bedroom rather than a separate bathroom and for anyone tall, trying to sit on the toilet was a struggle. This is not what we would expect from an expensive Hotel.

I informed the hotel that we'd arrive early before the normal check-in time, and they were able to prepare the room and allow us to check in early, which was much appreciated. Laura was very friendly in greeting us, and helpful with her suggestions for tapas restaurants. The $15pp breakfast is well worth it--a 3-course delicioso meal that will prepare you for all the sightseeing; can;t get such a full breakfast like that in the area. Alegria was also delightful at breakfast time and always helpful. Must try their delicious Andalusian porridge!

Nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is in a fabulous location and was very convenient to everything. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very filling and tasty. Also the afternoon tea (merienda) in the afternoon was a nice touch. Staff were extremely helpful.

Our room had only one small window which faced an internal covered courtyard so it was quite dark. I looked on the map of the hotel and I think we had the only room with this issue.

This property is conveniently located in the heart of Seville. it’s an old section of the real alcazar hence the name. You can walk to everything from here and get back quickly. The courtyard is quiet and you can hear the horses on the cobblestone streets. It’s lovely!

the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

The location, the super friendly staff, the style, the calm, my room (nr 2) which was on the ground floor with windows on the palace gardens and had a partly transparent floor showing the archaeological remains of the ancient building below.

There are some rooms, turned towards the inner court, that are quite dark and barely have windows (room 2 and room 6), even though their price was the same as my room.

This hotel is small (18 rooms). It was in the heart of the tourist area right next to the Alcazar and near the cathedral. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of food, nice choices, really well done. We will certainly go back there if we go to Seville again.

Really hard to find any real problems. Our driver had trouble finding the road to the front door. However, that meant the it was in a really quiet location so we were very pleased with our stay
