Very affordable accommodation that delivers a great service for the price. Good beds, very clean, a quiet yet central location and the Andalusian-Arab building has fantastic atmosphere. A very good restaurant just outside the hotel and in the near vicinity many bars offering a good breakfast.

Housekeeping sprays too much room perfume in the room.

Coffee machine in the room and a fridge. Seating areas around the hotel. Good location, friendly staff, good price.

Bathroom and room smelled damp. Window looked out on to a building site so couldn’t have it open.

Central location of the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful. The check-in was easy, the staff members were very polite and helpful. The room had everything we needed for a short stay. Memory foam pillows, comfortable beds. The cleaning was done daily. The iron was available from the reception.

Our room was positioned towards the "inner courtyard" which is actually the lobby. This resulted in having no real window. We were aware that this could be the case, so nothing to complain about, although it was a bit odd and we could not properly air the room. Due to this it could also get a bit noisy from the lobby late at night.

We enjoyed our stay at Zaida. The room was nice and clean. It wasn’t over the top, but it certainly wasn’t just a polished up old hostel (as other reviewers have stated). It had character and the location was super. We would go back and stay in an instant. Nice lounge on the roof terrace as well.

Our neighbors woke us up at 5 am playing music in their room…they had just come back from partying because when my spouse asked them politely to quiet down, they said “they forgot” and she could tell they were intoxicated. They seemed to wake all our other rooms around us too, Additionally, two of our party had booked with us through booking.com and unfortunately, due to health issues, couldn’t come on the trip. I notified both booking.com and Zaida 2 weeks prior to our arrival regarding a refund. Booking.com said they would be happy to offer the refund given the circumstances, however, Zaida never returned our message and therefore kept the booking, which was unused. It felt a bit dirty. Lesson, get trip insurance?

Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the main sites and close to the Bellas Artes museum room was basically but adequately equipped with a superb walk in shower very quiet an very helpful staff (one even went to the trouble to book online tickets for the Alcazar for us using his own credit card because I ha no reliable online access and walk in tickets were almost unobtainable even mid November) location also generally very quiet but close to restaurants on Alfonso Street main bus station about 20 minute walk (with luggage)

Does not serve breakfast but not a problem as restaurants close by

Firstly, the location was excellent! The hotel is very close to the centre and there are bars, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. We booked a double deluxe room and it had an additional area adjoining the bedroom with a sofa and tv in it. The bed was big and comfortable and we had a small fridge and safe in the room which was a bonus. The stop for the red, hop on/off bus, which takes you around the city, is also close to the hotel. All in all a great stay and would definitely book this hotel again if we return to Seville.

Our room was on the ground floor next to reception so had a small amount of noise with people coming and going. The bedroom window faced onto a narrow cobbled street and had a few people walking past at night talking. Nothing major but could be a problem during peak season or if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel itself was very pretty and gave some Moroccan flair. The room had a fridge and A/C which was great. The bathroom had lots of towels and toiletries included, even a toothbrush! The location was also alright. It was a 15-20 min walk to the Cathedral and there were lots of restaurants and a kiosk close by. They had many pillows and the mattress was okay for a hotel.

There was a very weird smell due to air refresher in the room that made me feel a little sick so I had to put it outside. The room had a tiny window which looked out onto a construction site of the next building. They started construction at 8 am so there was no real chance to sleep in. Furthermore, there was no real door to the bathroom which was ok for a single person but if you are there with a friend it might be a bit awkward because you can hear everything. Lastly, the floor outside the bathroom had a lot of water damage and was broken so I had to be aware of splinters when waking barefoot and there was an area of mold on the ceiling inside the bathroom which wasn’t very nice to look at.

This is very good calue for money. The breakfast range was huge, and the place well run with helpful staff. The area in which it is located looks a bit run down, but it is a very safe neighbourhood with a metro stop around 400 yards away and a 24 hour supermarket round the corner.

The hotel takes parties of school kids which means that breakfast can be a bit chaotic if you are present when a school group (both juniors and seniors) are dining. If I stayed there again I would ask when the school groups were liable to be at breakfast.

Our experience while in Hotel Zaida was very positive. From the minute we walked into the hotel, the girl (sorry never got her name) at reception was extremely helpful. Marking the a map places to eat and places of interest. The room was a nice size for us as we were staying for a week and the cleaners were brilliant.

The only negative was that there was construction going on behind us, and they would start around 7:30 am. But to be fair, when I spoke to the same girl at reception, she offered to move us to another room if we wanted.

This is a really classic Seville building right in the heart of all the winding streets in the old part of the city. Very close to the Museo de Beaux Arts (lots and lots of paintings and it's a fabulous building - I think it's free for everyone to go in). We really liked the hotel and the neighbourhood. Lots of great places to eat nearby, or just go for coffee or a drink. The room was lovely, the bed was big, the shower was excellent. I love all the Moorish tiles and the atrium - it's just great. We even had a fridge.
