Everything! The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help you; super comfy beds; amazing location; quiet & small; lovely breakfasts; perfect location (especially for solo travellers); sparkling clean; unbelievable views. We stayed to do big hikes in the area and weren’t disappointed - Alcázar was so fab to return to at the end of our long hikes. Without a doubt one of the loveliest and most relaxing hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Very minor but they need to sort out the leaky shower doors since the bathrooms are part of the main bedroom and the puddles aren’t fun; barista coffee at breakfast would be better than the machine which lets it down a bit. And please replace the bottled water in the room each day!

The most beautiful hotel located right in the centre of Soller! We absolutely loved our stay here, the hotel itself is extremely clean and has gorgeous interior. We booked the superior room with garden view, it had a huge comfortable bed and very spacious room perfect for a couple. The pool area has sun all day, very peaceful surrounded by mountain views and the famous tram passing through was a lovely touch. Breakfast and staff were great too - can’t fault this place!

Would be great if food was available throughout the day, however we got food from outside easy enough :) also a toilet by the pool would be beneficial to avoid having to pass reception each time.

My husband and I did a one week trip to Mallorca and this was by far our favorite stay. This hotel is beautiful! Everything was up to date, clean, and I loved the fresh pops of green and white decor. The rooms are small, but the clever layout maximizes the space and everything felt very luxurious and comfortable. We had an upper balcony that overlooked the pool, patio, and offered great views of the mountains. The hotel is located centrally, making for easy access to restaurants, shops, and the tram. The breakfast at the hotel was also a huge highlight every morning - an array of pastries, juices, fruit, coffee, eggs, bacon, potatoes, cold cuts - definitely one of the better hotel breakfasts that I’ve ever had. Another highlight of the hotel is the staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and informative. We got the best recommendations for restaurants from the front desk concierge truly making this an unforgettable stay. If we had known how nice this property was we would have stayed here our entire trip!

I think Alcazar could easily qualify as a 5 star hotel. The service and amenities are very much on par. plush robes and slippers, an extended range of mini supply kits, quality of decor and furnishings and amazing staff who greeted us with a smile each time we came and went (Salvador and Juan were especially helpful, proactive and lovely, even before our arrival) The hotel also looks really great and everything is shiny and new. The view from our balcony was better than expected and we didn’t get any street noise at night. Also liked that the toilet was a separate room from the shower with its own door. There was always room in the hotel’s parking garage even though they were fully booked during our stay.

We had a superior room and with a king bed and the room being a bit small, there was no room at all for checked size suitcases, of which we had 2. so we had to get creative and stack them under the sink. I think a room of that size would work better with a queen bed.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The rooms were spacious with a big comfortable bed. The hotel has a beautiful interior and is impeccably clean at all times. Breakfast was lovely, my husband and I woke up early and found we had the place to ourselves most mornings. The pool was quiet and always clean. Staff were extremely helpful and they went above and beyond often checking in on us via booking.com to check if we needed anything during our stay. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

If you would like to visit Soller and cities near by - it is the best place! Hotel is new and really nice! Location is perfect- in the heart of Soller but very quiet. Room was perfect, modern and super clean. Personal is helpful and very polite. During breakfast you can test fresh vegetables and fruits, bread, pine cakes, eggs, bacon and cheese- so you will not be hungry definitely! Outside there is an area near small swimming pool where you can just rest and take your time.

My husband and I had two perfect nights here & wished we’d booked for our whole trip, rather than moving on somewhere else. We have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel & the lovely staff we encountered during our stay. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL; the rooms equally so. Breakfast was such high quality & enjoyed in a beautiful space. Location is IDEAL for Sóller. Honestly we loved every second of our stay & are so grateful to have had such a good experience.

Location was brilliant, so central yet really quiet. Hotel brand new - rooms really nicely designed. Pool & garden really extensive with beautiful views of the mountains. Breakfast was great - so much choice & staff were really friendly.

We enjoyed the central location without any noise or bustle of the tourists numbers in Soller. The hotel breakfast was very comprehensive to suit just about every taste. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to.

We were frustrated that the bar closed at 7pm, but understanding this is to encourage residents into Soller

Breakfast was good, they were very helpful with me being coeliac. Drinks selection is excellent. Staff were helpful with restaurant recommendations and then helping us book a taxi when leaving.

Nothing major, I was a little surprised there was no gym or spa type facility given the kind of hotel it is.
