Ecocirer was a relaxing and beautifully curated guest house in the heart of Soller's old town. It is located very close to the main square, Placa Constitució, where most of the cafes and restaurants are located. It is also a stones throw from the train sation and the tram, which can take you down to Soller port and beaches. The property is a large converted, traditional Mallorcan house. The decor uses the original features but they have been exquisitely enhanced with contemporary art and furniture. There is a cool courtyard where we had our breakfast, and a small terrace which gets the sun all day and is furnished with a couple of loungers and some other seating. There is also a small, salt water plunge pool for cooling off. We booked a junior suite, which was a large 'L' shaped room with a seperate seating area and french doors that opened onto the street. The street was quiet, except for about 20 minutes from about 9 am when the locals use it as a cut through to go to work. The bathroom was lovely with a great shower, all the toiletries were created by the owners and smelled wonderful. The room included breakfast, which was freshly prepared by the owners, Barbera and Martin every morning. Barbera is a renowned vegan chef (with many cook books to her name) and each morning there was a different offering. We have a fairly conventional palate so we had to manage our expectations a little, some we found supringly delicious, others we found a little more challenging, but all were thoughfully prepared and beautifully presented (and, hey if you start craving meat you can always nip down to the square for a crafty sausage). If you are lucky you will also get to meet their pet labrador, Mungo who is friendly without being intrusive. All in all, we had a wonderfull and unique experience at Ecocirer.

The seating area in our room was furnished with Baroque style furniture, which looked good but was uncomfortable so we didn't really use it.

Stylish, creative, friendly and authentically Majorcan. A lovely townhouse in a great location. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces have been well designed and thought out for comfort and practicality. A very unique hotel offering exceptional, healthy breakfasts. The daily menu of fresh, vegan ingredients showcase the chefs creativity and passion for health/wellbeing. We also really appreciated the handmade toiletries made with essential oils.

It would have been nice to be greeted on arrival and when checking out. No reception staff. The rooms are nicely designed but noisy, as is the stairwell. When people checked out in the middle of the night we were woken up. After speaking to the owners they responded straight away and allocated us a new room at the top of the house. We then slept through which was lovely.

The location is perfect, very central but on a quiet side street. The hotel felt more like a homestay which made it more intimate and cosy. It's absolutely beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail. The rooms are also beautiful, with a great shower, comfy bed and a great view from the Fly room. There's also a really cute little patio area with a small plunge pool where you could have your breakfast. I love that they go out of their way to be more eco-friendly and reduce their waste where possible. The vegan breakfast was absolultely delicious and felt like a brunch. Everything is homemade using organic and local ingredients, some from their own garden. Barbara and Martijn are both really friendly as was Mango the dog, who's just the cutest!

It's worth mentioning that there are no staff present after 2pm but the owners are contactable by phone when needed. I loved the hotel overall but I think that for the price there could be more things/services included; all extras were at an extra charge, even renting bikes and there wasn't even a welcome drink at arrival which was the case even at cheaper hotels around the island.

The hotel was absolutely stunning. It is very close to the town center and trolley that takes you to the port. The views are also truly breathtaking. I was worried about parking since there were no spots available through the hotel but free, public lots were easy to find. Martin and Barbara were super kind. Also the breakfast we had was absolutely incredible! For any non vegan folks, apprehensive to stay here due to that cuisine, don't be. It's excellent. Soller is a beautiful town and we hope to visit again soon!

Honestly it was great, nothing negative

The concept of this boutique hotel is very unique. The smells of essential oils make you automatically relaxed as soon as you enter. The garden area were the breakfasts were served was really cozy and beautiful. The breakfasts were amazing, you can tell that Barbara put a lot of thought into them, they were delicious and healthy. Our room was very spacious, the towels and bathrobes were made of a very soft fabric. The bed and pillows were a dream, I’be never slept in such a comfortable bed in my life. Martijn and Barbara have a great place going on here, they are also both very friendly, and you can tell that they want all the guests to have a great experience, thank you for that!

Although everything was great, I personally felt that the decor in our bedroom was clashing a bit, like there were too many styles going on, but it isn’t something negative, just a matter of taste. Also, I felt like we should have gotten a welcome drink like mini cava bottle for example, which is something we experienced in other hotels in the island in the same price category.

We loved our stay at Ecocirer. The room was more spacious than it seems on the photos and beautifully decorated. The whole building is beautiful and really wants you to just move in:) Breakfast is exceptional, made with ingredients from the owners garden.

It wasn't a problem for us, but the only "down side" is the distance to the parking, which is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Streets are very narrow, so be prepared if you are driving. Other than that everything is really perfect.

Breakfast was exceptional with huge attention given to the dishes and the service which set us up for the day. The vegan menu was inspired and has given us reasons to consider our lifestyle and food choices

Slightly more common space for sitting in the evening would be good as current arrangements really only accommodate a couple indoors. Outdoor space is great and very relaxing

The location was perfect for Sóller. Such a pretty design hotel with an amazing vegan breakfast every morning. Rooms were stylish and comfortable. Our kids loved the plunge pool for those hot summer days. The staff were there for only part of the day but they were so kind and helpful.

Because it’s in the center make sure you are comfortable driving down tiny streets! Got ourselves into a few close calls as we were driving a large car and were unfamiliar with the roads. Lots of stairs to the top floor. We had large luggage as we were traveling for a few months and it was a little hard to bring up and down the stairs.

We chose this hotel mainly because it caters for vegan / vegetarian and being a small boutique hotel. We chose the dream room it’s the only room with your own large balcony patio area with a sun bed and small table. The breakfasts were out of this world , smoothies , infused water with 2 course breakfast super healthy. The bedroom facilities are outstanding , mini fridge with full bottles of wine for you to purchase , so you could take it downstairs in the evening and sit in the courtyard. Water refreshed everyday and super quiet aircon unit. Beds very comfortable and beautiful bedding. Bathroom had bottles of toiletries , body wash , cream , shampoo conditioner. My husband had a 1-1 yoga session at 7am and I had full body massage.. amazing You honestly will not be disappointed

Martin and Barbara are the perfect hosts. The breakfasts were out of this world. We are not vegan but the breakfast experience each morning has changed our outlook on food. The quality, imagination and variety of ingredients was exceptional. This is a truly wonderful b and b. Thank you again.
