Good food

Location is nice, but. Ithing to do around, you have to go by car if you want to do something. Also breakfast was really good with all drinks like juices, coffeea and so on, but dinner was included only food, anything to drink has to be ordered for money, even water or juice…

Loved the staff, super polite and smiley, always there to help. Pool and spa really nice. Rooms spacious and nice view from balcony. Amazing breakfast and super nice lady in the egg/omelet/churos section.

Didnt like the fact Ive booked a double bed and got 2 singles which had a large gap between them. Didnt like the fact that people leave their towels by the pool to 'block' the sunbeds and then vanish leaving no space for any other people. Didnt like the small (ish) parking and the fact I couldnt find space to park my car at 11pm. Didnt particularly like the beach (rocks) but thats just me! Also massage is not worth it, very basic and expensive for what you get.

The hotel is very nice and located in the quiet area a bit remotely from crowded touristic places. It has beautiful territory and its own beach. The breakfast was really good with a variety of local and commonly served food. The hotel offers a spacious parking and has a few restaurants and a grocery shop nearby.

The rooms are not new, still they are clean and comfortable. It doesn't spoil the atmosphere.

+ Beautiful green territory, both inside and outside of the hotel + Delicious food + Only 15 minues walk to the big sandy beach + 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket + 5 minutes walk to the bus stop (suggest to use https://www.tib.org/en/Home to buy all necessary tickets, bus connection is good) + Big balcony + Stable wi fi and good connection + Possibility to use hotel facilities after check out (pool, coffee, beach, shower, wc) + Glass of champagne on arrival-it was really nice

- Everything in the room was old and not tidy enough (not a problem for me but might be a deal breaker for someone); - A need to pay for a sun bed on the hotels beach; - Cannot take away a food from the buffet (I asked to take few fruits with me and was told that it is prohibited); - Still water as well as all other beverages (except for the breakfast) is to be paid (suggest to use a supermarket nearby to buy it);

Beautifully relaxed breakfast buffet taken on the terrace with a wonderful view of the bay. The room was large, with an inner door separating the main part of the room from the entrance, making it really quiet. The bathroom was generously sized and the shower worked well. Large balcony - I had chosen to be on the mountain/woodland side of the hotel, but it was pleasant. Very good dinner buffet. All hotel staff - especially the bar and restaurant staff - were exceptionally polite and engaging, indeed very friendly. I love the quiet and isolated aspect of the hotel - the town isn't so far away and easily accessible by car or bus.

Having a room on the mountain/woodland side of the hotel, the hotel service entrance is below, and the sound of staff throwing out waste/chatting and smoking sometimes impinged on the quiet.

Awesome hotel for some relaxation. The room is exactly as in pictures, spacious and comfortable. Loved the memory foam mattress. The staff were all great and caring! Massages at the SPA were superb. Loved the clean sea at the hotel’s own beach. Tried the other beach 15mins away with the sand, and the hotel one was so much better for swimming & clean water to me. Of course beach preference depends on what you’re looking for, I’m not a stay at the beach whole day person. The pool with the sea water was one of the selection criterias for me and possibility to get by bus was another. Easy ride to the hotel by 2 bus routes with aircon, the final stop is right by the hotel. A great little grocery shop nearby the hotel. The breakfast was superb and the dinner was awesome! Looking forwards to return with my wider family.

I’d love to see some zero alcohol wine on the offer. The towels seemed a little worn out.

We are SO grateful for the staff during our stay in Mallorca - We booked our reservation incorrectly on accident for our honeymoon, and the manager was able to accommodate us ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations for a suite! We got an amazing view of the sea and pool, and we just couldn't believe how much we lucked out, and the kindness of a stranger. We learned that was the character of the staff throughout our stay. We felt so valued and special during our stay, and it was a GREAT start to our honeymoon! They also delivered champagne and strawberries to our room, which was so special and thoughtful. Every detail was very thought out and just incredible. We are so thankful for the staff for making our trip such a wonderful, memorable experience! Thank you for going above and beyond! Advice: DON'T skip out on the buffet breakfast and dinner. Hands down the BEST buffet we've ever experienced, with wonderful food made from their excellent chefs! We can't wait to go back one day!

Timeless hotel in very good shape, due to extremely friendly and guest-oriented staff, and very good organisation - the whole hotel incl. pool and garden area is very well maintained and clean. Rooms very large with separate front corridor, so no noise from central corridor. Comfortable beds with choice of cushions. Breakfast with extremely large choice of food - cold, warm, sweet, tasty, all in high quality. Nice pool restaurant with very moderate prices and good service. Be aware that it´s good to have a car, as the hotel is situated in an off-location. There are though some very nice restaurants in walking distance, if you prefer to have dinner outside.

While high-priced coffee machines, the quality of the coffee could be better. But, mourning on a very high level - we had a great time at the hotel!

Best breakfast and dinner in Majorca at this price, the restaurant environment is so inviting. The beach side is good for swimming with peaceful water, some small fish not very big so ok for snorkeling. The room is very big and comfortable. Staying in the hotel for whole day won’t make feel bored at all. The 9 pm performance at the bar is great as well.

The management of the room reservation could be improved. It doesn’t says in anywhere what is double room and what is economic double room. We paid the same price for 2 bookings but end up with having to moving from the top floor to the 1st floor. But luckily the front desk manger gave us a special treatment to stay in the same room. The indoor pool (not the spar) is so small, I haven’t seen anyone use it at all.
