Comfortable hotel with well furnished rooms. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice breakfast and lounge area. Near the train station which was useful to visit other places like Reus. In walking distance to the beach, town and port area which also had two museums and nice seafood restaurants. You could also get buses from the train station to go into the town to visit things like the cathedral, mercado and the Roman archaeological sites. Would stay here again!

Although the hotel provided shower gel, I didn't have any liquid soap for washing my hands.

The staff was really nice and friendly. Location is great, it's right next to the train station, and everything is close by. Also, the breakfast had a lot of options to choose from, and the food was really nice 😊

There was a construction work in the street where the hotel is located so it was pretty noisy and loud throughout the day but that doesn't depend on the hotel or the staff, it was just a circumstantial inconvenience.

The hotel had the train station literally around the corner. It was also near to the stairs that take you to the historic quarter and near the port on the other direction. Staff were super nice and they were 24/7 Facilities were comfortable and clean and also the breakfast was good.

The only thing to improve is the acoustic. You could easily hear through the walls and the people on the hallway when they were talking. We woke up several times with them talking outside our doors

Its a nice, quiet hotel in a great location extremely close to the beach and very close to the city center. Our room was quite small, but that was expected for what we paid! The staff is very nice and welcoming, gives you tips about how to get where. Parking is close by and you can get a card from the hotel (you need to pay for it). Definitely recommend!

There is nothing we didn't like. All expectations were met.

It was a very nice stay. The room was spacious and had all necessary facilities. The location was very good, close to the centre, railway station and harbour. I highly recommend it!

Comfortable bed with good air conditioning.

There was dust on the floor and on the clothes hangers. The windows are not very well insulated so any noise on the street is quite audible even with the windows fully closed, but the street itself is generally quiet. The price of breakfast seemed excessive, so I didn't take it, there is a nice cafe around the corner that is far cheaper.

Central so could walk 20 mins to old town area, reception friendly and spoke amazing English ! Nice traditional room,good breakfast. We parked in the street on metre which was ok if you are lucky to get a space as car too high 1.95m for underground car parking that hotel use .

it was quite good, in that I remember very well that I have no complaints, but I do not remember what I liked, except that it was very close to the train station, so I could easily walk, to my hotel.

I can not remember anything I did not like, But I do remember that there was nothing I remember that I did like.

I was pleased with everything, cleanliness of the room, size of the room was good but then i got upgraded so i don't know what a single room would have been like :-) Location of the hotel was great, near the station and i was coming in by train. Hotel was near the centre so overall I was pleased with my stay and would definitely go back !

Sound insulation perhaps was not that good, could hear voices from other room. Then i wish that there had been a lift, but the lady at the reception did come and help me after a while :-)

Convenient to estacio, for the price, well equipped rooms, no issues!

Only one item ..upon entry to room i sneezed badly quite many times....until i opened the window wide...whatever spray or surface cleaning product is being used is WAY too strong..(maybe the dilution not enough?); Absolutely overly intense scent.
