Excellent location and superb value for money. Allowed us to stay close to the family home but with our own personal space. Friendly staff

The mattress on the beds were not comfortable. Very hard. I ended up putting the duvet on the beds and sleeping on them. Both my daughter and I woke with headache and backache in the morning. Also because it was Christmas and out of season the hotel was empty and obviously facilities were limited every where. We will return in season for sure.

Very comfortable hotel in the center of Torre Del Mar. We've been staying here for several years, and this time it was the first time we had included breakfast. Also this was very nice and complete. We will definitely come back next year.

We would recommend changing the chairs on the terrace where we had breakfast. These are not very comfortable to have a relaxing meal. Other than that, the hotel is a great place to stay!

Hotel is located in the centre of the town approx 10 minutes from the beech, also handy for lots of excellent eateries would highly recommend the hotel. breakfast was available as cold European style with cereals and eggs,bacon soft drinks and coffee available. reception,Bar,and chamber maids all helpful

The hotel was well presented, modern & clean. The staff were friendly & courteous. The cleaning of our room on a daily basis, was excellent. The beds, pillows & sheets were spotlessly clean, with no odours & very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and in very good condition and cleaned beautifully, everyday.

Changing of the towels every 2 days. Whilst I do appreciate the "concerns of the environment" mantra. When you are visiting the beach everyday and showering twice a day you really do need clean towels everyday.

Great location, plenty restaurants,bars and the beach a short walk away. Staff friendly and helpful.

Bedroom was too warm and the air conditioning wouldn’t go below 24degrees. Uncomfortable to sleep because of the heat. Possibly more coat hangers for long stays in the wardrobe would be good.

Clean and good position

There were no yea and coffee facilities in either room. I had 2 rooms. Eventually after 3 days I had a kettle but not my son in his room. The cups provided were plastic and melted. I should have had proper cup and saucers for a double room in both rooms

Only a few very small things The bed pillow is a bit strange and not very comfortable for your head Beds very firm ok if you are used to it Small things I know but you asked 😁 Other than that fantastic hotel and what a breakfast I haven't had that much choice in 5* hotels Amazing staff to finish off a great stay !! Super comfy beds and great bathroom. The swimming pool was lovely. And the staff were very nice and friendly.

The decoration and style of the reception hall was not the best but the staff there were still amazing

Easy walk to beach and very central. Had a pool but we didn’t use it as full. The property was fine, beds comfy and single beds wider than normal.

It was good they had a cafe if just wanted a coffee and sit outside but the staff need some training on customer service. The staff in the hotel itself were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Very nice spacious double room with balcony and some sea views large double shower ,accommodating guy on reception ,well located close to beach , nice cafe attached to hotel very helpful for bag storage

New build in progress in front of hotel so a tad noisy ,not really anything the hotel could do anything about
