We stayed last July and had a fabulous time so decided to come back. The room and pool were both clean and just what we expected. There were two weddings on the Saturday but their celebrations did not affect us - it was nice to see.

The only disappointment was the new automated drinks machines for tea, coffee and fruit juices at breakfast. The coffee wasn't the best and the fruit juices weren't a patch on the real thing. I guess with the rebranding they have managed to cut down on a member of staff at breakfast time. Apart from that the staff were all excellent and we would come back again.

The quality of food wasn’t good at all (small portions too) in the Nomad restaurant for dinner. We didn’t try breakfast as it didn’t look appetising . The poolside bar and food menu however was a great relief. There is a local restaurant called the shamrock who had a very good menu which I believe would sell great at the nomad restaurant. We would have eaten in the hotel every night if the menu was better quality and had more variety. Room service burgers were not great quality considering price. The staff were amazing !! Completely unexpected champagne bottle for birthday which was soooooo nice many thanks!!

Should be able to eat by pool with condition that you bring you plate back to the bar. Housekeeping were amazing and trustworthy, left valuables out and everything was untouched.

The beds were really comfy. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious. There was no variation in what was offered but it was always good. Special mention to Javier who was always welcoming and helpful. Pool was fantastic. Food was good in all restaurants. Rooms need a little update but were spotlessly clean. We asked to have mini bar cleared so we could use the fridge. It was done in no time at all. Resort is quiet and peaceful.

The sunbeds weren’t very comfortable, but the pool area was so quiet and relaxing that I just used a chair. The safe in room was quite small but to be honest the hotel just felt safe anyway.

This was our second time in the hotel. The positieve things are the pool, the restaurants, the spacious and clean room, the staff, breakfast and price/quality.

Unfortunately, some guests (from both hotel and surrounding appartments, had the need to make some trouble in and outsider of the hotel (last night was at 2 AM). Security was present bit nothing much happened. I also doubt if our complaint had any impact. This was really a missed oportunity for the management to prove that this kind of guests is not desired.

The rooms were really spacious, nicely decorated in a Mediterranean style with a ceramic floor which kept the room fresh. The room also had a huge fan wooden fan on the ceiling which helped combined with the air conditioning as there was a heat wave while we stayed.

We thought the cocktails were over priced in the beach bar, we wouldn’t have minded if the cocktails had been probably prepared but the guy used already prepared crushed ice then added alcohol and pineapple juice from a carton, whalaaaa 10euros later and one crappy cocktail

very nice golf course setting with spa. beautiful pool area with few places to eat and drink on site. room was very luxurious with an amazing view over the pool and golf course

we stayed for 3 nights to attend a friends wedding g and we’re told when we checked in that even though we paid nearly £400 for the room we were being charged £15 per day for car parking. very expensive and should have been included as car park was almost empty. when challenged the staff did NOT tell us there was free parking literally 500 yards away!

Imposing hotel, not feeling claustrophobic, beautiful rustic details, big room and balcony Staff was very accommodating to all our requirements Plenty sun loungers and big pool, lots to do on the site. We didn't even get to see the sauna and other spa facilities

The restaurants on the site were pricey and not much traditional food,decent prices at the Irish tavern Far from village and the sea but I suppose people go there for the golf

We loved the swimming pool and the general pool area itself. Spacious and well laid out. The restuarants and pool bar were very good value for money.

The hotel reception area was not air conditioned. The reception staff were lovely, but often busy which meant waiting until they had finished dealing with other guests. We had issues with our room key which stopped working 4 or 5 times. Our room safe also didn't work and they weren't able to fix it. Actually there seemed to be quite a few maintenance issues throughout the hotel. The rooms were quite big but quite dated. My son cut his foot twice (not seriously) on broken glass around the pool area which was annoying.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was great, it wasn't too crowded because it was the first week of July. If you are looking for something calm and spend your holidays with your dog, I totally recommend this place.

Breakfast could be improved also there are not many options for dining. They charge 50 euros for Balinese beds in the pool which is almost same price with one room.

Lovely room, very friendly staff. Pool area very good - plenty of room. Delicious food. Lovely atmosphere - never felt crowded despite the hotel being busy.

Wi-fi was not always a good connection but not a problem. More umbrellas around the pool would have been good as it was very hot and there was a lack of shade a certain times of the day. No golf. We were unable to keep our room for a later check-out and on arrival wanted to book this but were told we had to wait until day before, by which time it wasn't possible.
