Loved the village the hotel is located in. Absolutely friendly obliging staff. Always ready to help and so very polite. Facilities were comfortable and clean. What we loved as a family was the number of things that were available for us to explore and enjoy.

We would have liked to have a tea, coffee and ironing facility in the room. However we were always able to go to the reception and get these when needed. However it would have been best to have these available in the room.

Breakfast buffet had lots of choices - everything super. Spotlessly clean hotel . Soundproofing on bedroom sliding door to patio excellent. Location of hotel was ideal for local supermarket/pharmacy/train station/restaurants and beach. Altalfulla is a charming town - loved the converted fisherman homes on the beachfront. Some super beachside restaurants. IDEAL FOR COUPLES WHO WANT A QUIET BREAK.

No kettle in the room when we arrived but on asking for one a couple of days later this was sorted for us .

Wonderful area and view from the roof. And also nice staff and delicious breakfasts!

First of all, we were upset that the bed had two mattresses instead of one large one, as we had originally booked, which, of course, made it uncomfortable for us to sleep. It was also very annoying that the bedspread was constantly tucked under the mattress and we had to forcefully rip it out of there every day. And there were no slippers in the room.

We came here for my daughters wedding . They were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. When little things weren’t quite right they put them right. I can not recommend this hotel enough. To name a special member of staff Candi in reception was always happy and smiley but all staff on reception were great.

There wasn’t enough storage for clothes . One wardrobe no drawers at all. Other rooms had more. This was the only problem.

This place is a little hidden gem on the coastal side of Altafullah two minute walk from the beach. There is a large swimming pool with ample sunbeds around it. The staff are all friendly and helpful and most speak good English. The rooms are large and spacious with ample room for a family of four. The rooms are all white and minimalistic in decor which works well. The buffet is fantastic. We experienced both the breakfast and dinner buffets. The selection of fresh fruit, salads and local cold meats was great. there was fresh fish and meat made to order on the grill also. Good selection of food for the younger kids too. If you didn’t fancy the buffet there were two à la carte restaurants which were also part of the hotel. we tried the Sushi restaurant which was really great and recommended.

Comfy beds and pillows, spacious quadruple room for our kids and us, new furniture and fresh paint, nice pool and great location a quick and level walk to the beach. Friendly staff.

Fake orange juice at breakfast, the enormous coffee and toast queues really took the joy out of what was a varied and fairly tasty breakfast. People mentioned the lovely grounds, I don't know if this is compared to other resorts in the region, but compared to landscaped resorts in other parts of Spain I felt the garden areas were pleasant enough but nothing special.

Polite and friendly reception staff. Clean comfortable modern hotel. I visited with my 3 children and we were given a spacious family room with two televisions. Beautiful public areas and large swimming pool with plenty of sun beds. Breakfast was varied and buffet style. I would definately recommend this hotel to friends. Altafulla beach was a less than 5 minute walk away. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. The train station for Barcelona or Tarragona is a 5 minute walk away.

Such amazing staff. Both the restaurants in the hotel are exceptional the room was great, with lovely views and a decent balcony’. I would recommend going for superior room with garden view on third floor. the rooftop pool for adults only is just amazing. the views! very very clean - the cleaning staff never seem to stop working main pool got busy (it was august) but always found a lounger. breakfast is great! entertainment also brilliant - not tacky

The room was spacious and clean. The balcony had a pool view and got a lot of sun. We were upgraded to be able to use the rooftop pool which was beautiful. It was only a 5 min walk to the beach!

The restaurant wasn't open for long for breakfast also the restaurant that was open throughout the day mainly offered vegan/vegetarian food which didn't give much choice to us meat eaters.

we have been staying at this hotel for every summer at least once for the past 3 years and it’s perfect with small kids- the pool area is amazing and the rooms are big and modern.

just would like to mention that we asked for a later check out and as we were having breakfast the cleaning staff had already entered the room to clean- which I did not find at all suitable. i was assuming the reception passed on the information that no cleaning is to be done until 2 pm.
