The Hotel was lovely, apart from the old ripped couches sitting on each landing as you get out the lift, but of an eyesore. Most staff very friendly, some not so much. Pool area was great and the good thing is buses and taxis were aplenty to get about.

The food each day was a dissapoinment, breakfast was good but the meals each night need some thought, it was like a mish mash thrown together. Unless you like plenty vegetables then you would be very hungry, many people put their plates back without having eaten as it was so unappealing, very disappointed in this area. The chefs could also do with clean whites on while serving food as their chef jackets were dirty and grey looking. Not nice. The rooms could be doing with tea making facilities as this was very dissapointing.

We recommend this hotel that exceeded expectations. It's kept spotlessly clean, which is a credit to the staff. OK, needs an update, but if you can get over that, it's fine. Reception pleasant. Nice grounds I really don't get the negative feedback, if you want ☆☆☆☆☆ accommodation and facilities than pay for it ! Pool / bar really nice. No fight for sunbeds or ridiculous middle of the night Moronic reservation of beds. Room big and clean. What more can you ask. Fantastic value for money. If you go here, you will have to get over the minor bumps and blemishes Keep up the great work

Hay. 1st impressions count and a carpet update in the corridor would go down wonders. Had a couple of minor issues. Shower fixing broken, but managed. Door handle also broken on balcony door but as on 5th floor didn't create an issue.

The so called Eco Glass deposit at the Bar,,€1..its plastic,,and when you bring it back some Bertenders look at you as if you have horns on your head,even after you tipped them after original purchase,,needs changing,looks like a Hotel/ Bartender perk,apart from that everything was good..didn't eat there so no idea about food,the reception staff and housekeeping staff are Great.

Staffs were happy to help especially at the restaurant and facilities were very good. Rooms were very clean and Cleaners were happy to clean daily but had to stop them. Around 5mins walk to the beach.

Just one minor - Disappointing that throughout our 7 nights stay, only one lift is working for the entire hotel so lots of waiting especially when you have pram for baby. More than half the time, you end up carrying pram through flight of steps.

Breakfast was good, big choice of different food. There was little walking distance to the beach, but not to far away. Swimming pool big enough & clean

The only thing we did not like that AirConditioning was not working in the room, we report it to reception, but no further actions was taken. even if they are trying to lower usage of electricity, they could tell us about it

Staff were lovely! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a good selection of food but I would have like more options, It was a really lovely break and I would hugely recommend it!

Pool was exceptionally cold. There seemed to be a fly problem it as very uncomfortable. I'm not sure what you could have done? I went to the local supermarket and bought fly/mosquito spray and used it around sunloungers and floor

Good sized room wth sea view, food was varied and fresh we stayed half board. Gardens and pool area very well maintained as was the hotel. Staff helpful and polite and the room service was flexible and reliable. The hotel is close to the buses and Torremolinos railway station and a short walk to the beach.

great value, lovely breakfast- hot full English breakfast plus continental options included. The pool was great and pool bar cocktails delicious. staff were really friendly- especially the lady on reception who checked us in. good location 5 min walk from beach and restaurants. Beautiful sea views from balcony. Quiet hotel, heard nothing at night.

The decor in the bedroom is a bit dated. The bathroom is really great though and modern, brilliant powerful shower and bath, spacious.
