They gave us a free room upgrade to a suite so that was very nice of them and the suite was very spacious. We overall had a comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were clean and for the price point it is good value for money. The parking was free and safe so that’s definitely a bonus if you have a car.

We felt that this hotel had seen better times, although all the rooms were booked as per the staff members there was no one in the hotel and it made it seem very eerie and slightly haunting. The amenities were also lacking for a 4 star hotel such a dental kit, slippers, coffee machine, bathrobes etc. The location is a little far from Madrid so it is better if you have a car.

The facility is very beautiful and quite up to date. The parking lot (included in our trip) was very convenient. The suite was very nice and generous.

The location in Tres Cantos (20 km outside of Madrid) feels like a ghost town. We left the hotel in our own car looking for a place to eat, and the area felt like a school campus when all the students are out of town. The king size bed was not very comfortable (I don't like springs) The mini fridge was not very cold, even after being plugged in all night.

Rooms really spacious . Clean and comfortable . The staff really helpful and friendly Very convenient to go to the airport without the hassle . Good parking space .

I really don’t understand the fact the hotel have no bar or restaurant service on a holiday day , it is a 4 star hotel . The hotel was full apparently . You think they would have at least a personnel on duty to serve people coffee or beers /cold sandwiches . We got really late and we could not get dinners on the way but we thought we could get something in the bar to relax at least . We had the beers in the mini bar but it is not the same as beers serve in a bar . The answer was that is a holiday and everything is close but you could walk to get something nearby the station .

The pictures were accurate, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. 

 The downside is I have never stayed in a hotel that does not have coffee in the room or easily available. Even a motel 6 and the cheapest of hotels has coffee in the room or easily available. I went down and got 2 cups of coffee for my self and my wife and brought them back to the room. When I went to check out they informed me they had to charge me the breakfast price which was €30 per person. I said excuse me €60 for 2 cups of coffee. We did not eat anything. !!! They said I went into the restaurant and they had to charge me. We discussed for a while, and they finally said they would not charge me the breakfast. Everyone be aware

The location is great and close to the train station. We also had an underground parking available. The room and bathroom is very spacious! The hotel is clean and quiet. The shower and bath is amazing with two shower heads and a bubble bath function. The WiFi works well.

There is no fridge in the room, except for a small mini-bar that can keep small items cool. There is no kettle in the room nor toilet brush in the bathroom.

The breakfast was good. The room was larger than most. There was a nice spa bath to use. Parking was free. It was an easy walk to the train station to get into Madrid.

The air conditioning pulled through smells from the room next door. We could smell when they were smoking so had to turn it off to stop the smell. Definitely an older style hotel in a non tourist area.

The spacious rooms with a huge bathroom is a definitely thing to mention positively. As well the bath tub with a massage function is a nice touch. Oh and a big positive point is for the 2pm checkout without any fee.

There is nothing specific that would really leave a negative feeling behind. The surroundings of the hotel and the access is a little bit sad but this is something that is not that essential.

Great business oriented hotel near airport with free parking and a restaurant. Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Would stay again.

Shabby exterior and public carpets but this was outweighed by clean rooms and comfortable accomodation Could be somewhat noisy if room is on highway side of building.

Clean, lots of parking, huge room furnished very good, huge bathroom with jacuzzi The staff was friendly and helpful.

Just the location. It’s not a huge catastrophe but it’s kind of outside the city approx 15 min walk from restaurants and other facilities The building itself is a bit dated but again not a big issue.

The hotel and the room were very clean. The bathroom was great, the room was large. The air conditioning helped a lot through the hot weather. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel was very beautiful. The rooms were quite sound proof, I didn't hear any of my neighbours.

The television was either outdated or a poor offbrand. It was very slow to respond, impossible to connect to my phone and very tricky to connect to the internet. The air conditioning could not be set to turn off at a given temperature, meaning I had to wake up during the night to turn it off. The bubbles in the bath were very strong, even at the minimum setting - it wasn't very relaxing.
