basically I needed this accommodation for over night stop for some business reason. So regarding this one the hotel is quite OK. its 12 minutes from Madrid airport. The staff was very helpful and friendly. and they solved my problem issue with my room ( which I described ahead) . The breakfast was good.
I got a Deluxe room but I was surprised about the ac system. It was one of those very hot day in the city and the air-conditioned was very low. The staff changes the room with little bit better.

Overall it is a very nice comfortable hotel with great service and only few cons like very slow free wi-fi connection which located in a new neighborhood far away from historical center, but there are lots of shopping malls and stores nearby.
Wi-fi was really slow - sometimes it dropped even below 3-4 Mbps though in Madrid there is usually very fast internet and I was very surprised

The rooms and bathrooms are really well appointed, kept clean and super comfortable. Their outdoor bar area is lovely for an evening drink and chat with friends
I would prefer my own coffee/tea station in the room and not have to join others in the dinning room for a morning coffee

The breakfast was exuberant with a plethora of options. The staff were professional and kind. The room had everything that someone may want on their visit (hair dryer, air conditioning, comfy beds e.t.c.).

I never had to stay in such a nice bedroom, before. That was extraordinary, as I needed and enjoyed that Jacuzzi, which helped to heal a bit of my lower back pain. That was great!

The room was beautiful and the bathroom was the bathroom of my dreams. The staff was kind and friendly. Everything was perfect!
I didn't choose well the location. I got confused. When I realized, I could not change it anymore. This was my fault, though.

Easy to reach if you are on the drive-through and don't want to head into town. Friendly staff. Clean and well equipped.
The buffet could have more vegan options. It's healthier and better for the planet ;-)
