The location is good. It is in the old town, close to most attractions in the old town. The building is also quiet, with little noise. The apartment has quite big space. The kitchen is well equipped, with all you need for cooking. The rooms are kept clean. Bed is very comfortable. There is reception available in nearby building. The host answers requests quickly.

In the recent cold winter days, the apartment feels a bit cold. As the air condition is near the door, it is bit hard for the bed room and other area with a distance to the air condition to warm up.

Great hosts with regular communications as to location of the property, entry instructions and general useful information. Lovely apartment, clean and tidy on arrival and fantastic location in the old part of Valencia close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Ten minutes from the Central Market, if eating in, for all fresh produce each day apart from Sunday. Comfortable bed and extremely quiet during the night. Recommend without hesitation.

There was nothing that we did not like.

This little apartment was a perfect stay in Valencia. The street looked a little sketchy upon arrival and the taxi driver was a bit apprehensive dropping us off but it is incredibly wonderful neighborhood centrally located and walkable to everything. The apartment had a washing machine and we were on a long three week trip so getting the clothes cleaned was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. The view from the patio is incredible. The room is stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment but it is located near the Central Market and loads of restuarnats. IT is close to the Hop On Hop Off bus stop and easy easy to get around from this location. Very pleased

The staff who managed the apartment were fantastic. They helped when we struggled to get into the flat, they booked a taxi for us when we left. They were so helpful. The location was excellent for us and the street and building were quiet. The living area was spacious with a comfortable large sofa. We were pleased to find a kettle

The apartment entry system was a bit complicated. But we eventually got the hang of it.

We loved that it was right down town in the center of Valencia. You could easily walk to everything, or if you wanted to rent a bike you could easily bike to everything as well. It was a comforting little space for myself and my partner during our week there. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is situated just next to the middle of the old town. Nice two rooms with a small balcony, from which you can see Quart Towers. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean. The reception is located on the same street, few meters away. We could leave our luggage there (paid) as we arrived earlier and were leaving later. The lady there was nice and helpful. The price is reasonable, so it's perfect for two people for couple of days of a city break.

We could not find any coffee and even no liquid soap in the bathroom. The toilet seat was damaged which was a bit annoying.

Perfect location in the old town. The city has good transport links so it was easy to get out to the City of Sciences. The main thing for me was also having a washing machine as I was between trips during my Valencia stay and it worked out perfectly. I would check out this place again if I come back to Valencia.

The TV was old. Not a smart TV and I couldn't stream from my phone or log into services like YouTube, etc.

The location and value are excellent. The best coffee shop in Valencia is just up the street. The place was very clean and pretty quiet at night. The host was welcoming and provided us an extra set of keys upon request. Would definitely book again.

The place is a bit dated but but the cleanliness made up for it so no issues.

It is very central. Easy access to most things and areas.. Lots to do and see. Found a very good and well stocked health food store nearby. Assortment of shops available. The apartment contained most things one would need. It was clean; comfortable bed and sofa. Hob, microwave worked well & stocked with utensils, pots, pans etc. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I can't say there was anything I disliked as such, as it was described accurately, so I knew what I was getting.

The apartment was in a great location for us, it was super easy to pick up the keys and access. It had a pretty well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed and the balcony was very nice. we were very grateful for the plug in heater as it was very cold on our last night.

The building is very echoey and you can hear other people in other apartments. The street outside can also get noisy. the apartment was fine, it’s just a little tired and felt a little dirty
