Spent six nights at this lovely apart-hotel. Location: Just on the edge of the old town (5-6 min walk to central market) in a not so touristy area (which we prefer). Took subway from airport to Angel Guimera stop then walked less than 5 minutes. 3 grocery stores within 1-2 min walk. We walked everywhere and Valencia is a very walkable city with many great areas to explore. Room: Plenty of space with small balcony to sit on. Cleaned every 3 days and can ask for anything in between. Quiet - never heard any other guests and didn't notice the street noise at night. Coffee pods were provided to get us started - then bought our own. Water refreshed on 3rd day. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, silverware, cups, etc... Staff: Very kind staff with 24 hr reception. Helped book early morning airport taxi at very reasonable rate (15 Euro). Always welcomed us and provided good information.

Small improvement would be a door on the shower. Water always got everywhere.

Location was ok. The apartment was much better than in the pictures on booking.com Also there was a cleaning service which I don’t think was mentioned in the description.

I selected an apartment for 2 adults and 1 child, as per booking.com suggestion. However when finalizing the booking, the website started to give me warning that the apartment may be small for 3 people and prompted me to rent a significantly more expensive larger apartment. When in the location, I had the opportunity to see the smaller studio apartments and they would have been perfectly ok. Not very honest. In terms of facilities, water in the shower was quite limited.

There is a 24 hour concierge service which was very helpful in advising how to get the train to the beach for example. Our apartment was missing a corkscrew and they found us one quickly. They provided us with a broadband booster for our needs as we wanted to watch netflix on a rainy day. Minded our luggage when we arrived early and left late. Excellent service. The apartments are located near a central train stop for the airport and all points and on the western edge of the old town.

Really the service and facilities were great. We booked with a few days notice as decided to stay on in Valencia, so if anything, would have been great to get it cheaper.

Complimentary birthday bottle of red wine and mini chocs. 24hr helpful reception & left luggage. Big sliding doors leading out to a veranda made the room look bigger. Spacious bathroom. Supermarket, takeaway shop that sells variety hot food, salads, paella (opens 11-4) end of the block, 3 mins away. Buses and metro close too. 20 mins metro to airport, get block of 10 tickets for 11 euros, for bus & metro. Direct bus to Malvareso Beach 40 mins

No draining board for crockery & cutlery. Sockets all squashed up at one end of kitchen. No sliding door between bedroom and kitchen to keep out smell.

Great location, about 5-10 minute walk to metro station which was pushchair friendly. Close to some supermarkets which was useful and 15 minute walk to old town. Everything was pushchair friendly and 2 working lifts to the floor we were on. Blackout shutters and and extra large double bed which was REALLY comfy meant we ended up having the best night sleep we've had in a long time. The shutters helped block out virtually all the outside light as well as any noise from busses/transport moving around outside. Space in the apartment was really well laid out so getting settled in was no problem. The staff were really nice and helpful when we needed them. Would definitely stay here again especially with a little child as the kitchenette gave us a lot more flexibility in terms of food and also the space to relax properly in the evenings. Apartment was really well kept and clean and the kitchen and bathroom were both lovely.

The hot water took a bit of time to get warm but it got there and was a consistently lovely temp once it got going. and as our room was on the corner next to the main road we occasionally could hear the busses going past outside at night, but it'll only affect you if you're a really light sleeper as it's not constant and not massively loud.

Everyone was very kind. They called us before we travelled and asked if we need something special for our toddler. Everything was very clean. The room was very big with a terrace. More than we expected. We left home our stroller bc we thought we try to travel without. But it wasn't a good idea and we asked on the reception if they have one by mistake to borrow. And the borrowed us a stroller for the stay. It was a super Service for us. We travelled to Valencia already the 3rd time but this was definitely the best stay. For us everything was reachable in a good distance. In the room we had everything what we needed for cooking and spending some time. Thank you very much to the parker team.

There was only one small downside but it was okey for us. The neighbors don't care about noise or loud music... But after 10 everything was calm and the music stopped.

Overall perfect apartment hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff that is attentive to your needs. Loved the eco friendly atmosphere. Perfect location close enough to old city but far enough from the crowds. Metro station is very close for easy commute to anywhere. Spacious apartment, comfy bed and pillows, blackout blinds for the ideal sleep. Definitely will book again when in beautiful Valencia. I enjoyed my 5 nights stay a lot. Thank you, guys!

They could improve cleaning. Crumbs stayed untouched under the table after cleaning service on the 3d day.

Staff is super friendly and answer all questions and requests right away. In the lobby there is a corner with toys for kids, pretty nice to just chill there. In the room, I was offered a bed, bath and a high chair for a baby, everything was provided along with a small gift for our son - these little details are definitely something unexpected but so lovely. Property itself was clean, location is really nice - a few minutes walk from the old city centre and central market. Thank you for a really great stay.

The kitchen appliances and furniture in general looks and feels a bit outdated, tired, could be refreshed.

It`s a great place to stay for a number of reasons: 1. spacious flat with everything you need for a comfortable stay, similar to airbnb style, just being way easier to manage the whole process and cozy enough to feel like living there vs staying in the hotel 2. the house is located in the city center and is well connected by public transport (metro & buses) everywhere, incl. airport 3. lots of options to eat and walk 4. it is very clean which is very important for me; we didn`t needed it but wanted to remark that during the stay cleaning service is on request (environmentally and quality wise this place is a wise choice without compromise) 5. the last but not the least - the service and hospitality were remarkable, very kind and welcoming.

Parker Urban Flats managed to overcome our expectations and I hope I can return there as the experience staying there and Valencia city were adorable

Good location. Close to the metro station (including the airport line). Walking distance to the attractions of the old town. The apartment (experience with a 50 sq m apartment on the 3rd floor) well-equipped and clean. In this case, a narrow balcony and a view of the yard, but therefore rather quieter than from the street. Across the street there is a bistro with good breakfasts and grocery stores nearby. Very helpful staff.

The more inhabitants of the apartment, the more economically one should manage hot water from an electric boiler. The pressure is sometimes low.
