Very close to everything

I didn’t like that we have to check in at 4 pm and check out at 11 I don’t like this rules

I know Valencia and chose this location to be in the center of all the activities planned for a wedding I was attending. I was surprised at the flat and its size. Very nice facilities and a viewing balcony to see Plaza de Reina. The restaurants and tapas bar were just down stairs as well as the main shops. The sites like the Ceramic museum is also round the corner, the Cathedral was 5 minutes away.

I had a difficult time to locate the entrance of the Mon Suites flat. The reception lady said that the booking.com always send information that the reception is located in another building. I thought this flat had a reception in the building. Another issue is that the reception started at 10:30 only with check out at 11:00 am. This was an issue for us during the last day as the mass offered started at 10 and I had to beg if we could move the bags out of the flat at 11:30 am. It would have been so better if the owners allowed us to check out or take the bags out at 12:00.

Check in is in a different location but only short walk away so not an issue. We arrived early and used their space and change and store our bags. The staff were really friendly and gave us some recommendations including little street bar next to the apartment which was great. Plenty around to keep entertained prior to check in however the apartment was also available earlier than expected. Apartment is in fab location super central to old town. Lots of nice bars and restaurants around. No complaints about the property. Lovely clean apartment with a nice view from the little balcony (see photo). Would stay again and also recommend.

The apartment is very comfortable and ideally located to explore Valencia. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed, pillows and couch are all comfortable. The bath towels are very nice quality. We really only ate breakfast in the apartment but it was nice to have a large dining table to sit at. We arrived in the middle of Fallas celebrations and enjoyed watching the festivities from the balcony. The windows are of excellent quality so we were not disturbed by street noise in the night. We stayed for a week and had two minor issues while we were there which were all dealt with promptly and courteously.

The shower only has 1 stationary glass panel. It is missing the sliding door so every time we had a shower, we ended up with a fair amount of water on the floor. While the apartment is lovely, it was very expensive. We are traveling around Spain for a month,staying at 6 different accommodations, and this was the most expensive.

The apartment is just like advertised. It is very spacious with modern appliances, big closets and immaculately clean! The location is very-very central and convenient. The beds are comfortable. A/C system is great: keeps temperature in control without noise. The staff was welcoming and accessible via WhatsApp. We are very pleased with this stay.and definitely would recommend it!

No complains at all. Things below are more to note and keep in mind. Welcome desk is located not in the same building, but in 2 minutes walking distance, and someone is only there between 10:30AM and 7:30PM. The noice isolation in the apartment is great considering that the building is on the very busy street. However, you might ocasionally hear some remote sounds - church bells for example. Again, all this did not bother us at all, and did not affect the rating.

Loved the location and spacious apartment. The reception staff were very helpful and informative. When things went wrong i.e. the iron didn't work and the toaster stopped working they were both replaced really quickly. Also the showerhead was loose and someone came to fix it the day we reported it,

There are no instructions for any of the appliances and that would have been really helpful. The TV had loads of channels but the only English channels were news - no entertainment. We were helped by the staff to figure out how to use our Netflix account but it was dependent on Wifi so not very satisfactory so we didn't bother.

Someone was banging on the door before checkmout time. Most places give a bit of time. We got lost from the park so were a few mins after check out time. My father and mother in law were pretty much forced to grab all the bags for 4 adults and pushchair. My father in law has limited mobility. So they struggled. I mean 15/20mins extra time would have helped. Instead of the cleaners keep banging on the door. They didnt even start to clean the apartment immediately. Never had this before. We paid enough and we werent even there 24hrs. Apartment itself was lovely

Right on the center. Super clean and well equipped. Great place! The staff was great! We had an issue with super noisy neighbors upstairs (in the middle of the night) and had to ring the emergency line. They immediately rung our upstairs neighbors and the noise stopped immediately. Thank you for that!

There was a drainage smell coming out of the toilette during the last two days. I guess it had something to do with the heavy rain on our second last day.

We stayed in the Penthouse Apt. No 7. It is a very spacious 3 bedroom apt with 3 ensuites and an additional toilet off main living area. The kitchen has everything you would need for your stay. It has a nespresso machine with enough pods for coffee for everyone until we got to the supermarket which is only a short distance away. The location is superb. From the balcony you can see the main square where the cathedral is. Valencia is a walkable city and this apt is in the centre of it. We stayed for three nights and will be back as it was so good.

Fantastic location, easy walk from the train station. Right in the hub of the city but the glazing of the windows and the heavy wooden shutters blocked out most of the noise. The roadworks were a bit loud, but very muffled with everything shut. Good sized space and nice and modern. Great communication from reception and about a minute walk from the accommodation. We were able to check in early, and we could leave our bags in reception on check out. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful. Water on arrival was nice touch too.

Can hear movement from apartment above, and the tv from the apartment next to us - which was surprising as you can't hear anything from the outside but clearly thinner walls inside. I found the bed and pillow uncomfortable, but the 3 other adults staying with me did not - so obviously very subjective.
