The staff were professional, helpful, and personable. They helped me select and use one of the bikes the Hotel has for free use (which was fun, but take care in the roads!). The room was well laid out and quiet. Although I did not try it the pool looked inviting. There was a kettle in the room for coffee or tea.

Although no problem if you travel by car, I travelled by train, and although a number of sites say the Hotel will pick up from the station they do not offer this. I paid €8 one way for a taxi, and €14 the other. But, don’t get me wrong, it is a nice place to stay, with good staff and facilities. The Hotel has another branch in the industrial part of the city and that might be better for anyone travelling by train.

Dinner was in a restaurant next door, the food was expensive for what it was. My husband’s steak was virtually inedible.

Well presented, clean, tidy and with friendly staff. Our second stay at this hotel on our return trip was in their larger bedroom with an extra large bed and a bath instead of a shower as in their standard room.

I complementary tea and coffee was a bit stingy, 2 x herbal tea, 2 x Nescafé sashes and 2 x sugar. For an overnight stay in a three star hotel I’d expect/ hope for at least twice this amount. Also the hotel is off the main road coming from Vall, don’t rely on your satnav, use Google maps instead as the hotel is clearly identified.

The check-in and check-out process are very easy and fast. The bed was really big and cosy, and bedsheets were changed regularly. The location and the hotel facilities are great, it is possible to reach the beach, Tarragona and Port Aventura park within 20-30 minutes. The room was beautiful and was thoroughly cleaned every day. We also liked the garden with the swimming pool and a small restaurant.

The breakfast is way overpriced. The staff almost can't talk in English and the communication was very difficult, but the staff is very friendly and they are trying to help in every situation. We also didn't like that the shower was very stinky, although very beautiful. The idea of a transparent shower is great it just needed to be implemented in a way that the air flow should have taken all the moisture away, otherwise it stays in the room and the mold comes, and it stinks. We had also difficulties to identify which trigger does which light in the room on. I think small stickers would help.

I was very overwhelmed, everything exceeded my expectation, especially the friendly staff which gave me a upgraded room with a smile.

Everyone (bat staff, cleaning staff and staff on reception) was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The pool was lovely and there was plenty of space and sun beds. The park was good for kids. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that but the sandwiches from the bar were very good value for money!

The wifi was a little bit unstable at times, but that really didn’t affect our stay. Everything else was perfect!

the merlot suite was spacious, as well as the bathroom, and clean. bed was comfortable, the location is very quite, so we slept well. breakfast was tasty, with enough options for both salty and sweet types. we also tried the restaurant, and it was fine.

only bad thing was that the jacuzzi in our room stopped working a couple of days our arrival and could not be repaired. anyway the staff was kind and offered us a discount of 200€ on the room. a pity, but overall all good

Clean, modern room. Small refrigerator and kettle available. Large facility. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting.

Doors slamming. The doors weren't weighted, and there were no door 'stops' to prevent doors banging into the walls when people entered their rooms.

We liked everything, it was the best hotel during our trip. The rooms were big enough, the beds could be adjusted (kids specially liked to lift up the part where your head and/or legs are). Also there is possibility to charge electric car. It is about 20 minutes drive from the PortAventura/Ferrari Land.

Nothing much not to like, if I had to say something there was only one coffee between two of us, but we came prepared.
