The Staff was amazing with us. The location is perfect for watching the Xmas lights. The rooms are big and comfortable, with amazing beds. Clean and well kept. We were surprised by the overall feel of the hotel.

We stayed in 703, it was a bit annoying the sound of the elevator machine on the top floor. TVs are small, we are used to bigger TVs from AirBnBs, but not an issue. Other than that, it was perfect for us, and we surely want to come back for 2025.

Centrally located with many restaurants nearby. Room was very comfortable. Great bed, great shower with massage option. Balcony overlooking main street but not noisy at all. Lights and outlets on each side of bed. Closet with shelves. Desk. Refrigerator.

Although there was a kettle for hot water in the room, there was no tea or coffee available. There is a breakfast in the morning at the hotel, for a charge, but it didn't open early enough for me. I had to find a café that was open early in order to get my morning coffee before heading out on the Camino.

Very good beds and bathroom. Anti-noise windows worked perfectly. Staff were very helpful and always ready to solve any issues. Location is very good and easy to get by. Cleanliness also deserves a mention.

There was a lot of noise and light coming from the hall, through the room door i.e. door couldn't hold much of the noise and the gap between door and floor is large. Hotel has only 1 elevator, so it gets too busy at times, especially when staff is also using it.

Really good location pretty much in the city center, very kind and helpful staff, comfortable rooms with everything you need for a night stay. It was my partners birthday (he was walking out with the bday balloons) when we were checking out and the receptionist had to catch us already on the street to give us a small gift from the hotel. It was very thoughtful and sweet of him.

The bed was really comfy but to our personal liking the pillows were way too stiff

We chose the hotel because of proximity to the train station. We only stayed one night. It was easy to find and along a road with lots of restaurants and groceries. It was also within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. There were two bus stops closeby which we took to go to the beach.

They were renovating and it was a bit dusty.

The property is easily located for the bus and train station and great for anyone walking the Camino. The cathedral and starting point of the 100k is just across the road and the priest was amazing to get my Camino credentials passport. The hotel is amazingly clean, the bathroom was sparkling. I had a lovely room with a little balcony. The bed was super comfortable with lots and lots of pillows. The staff on reception were super helpful and I really enjoyed my little stay. I would highly recommend this place.

All was perfect

Easy walking distance from both train stations in Vigo, and reception was 24h, this is extra convenient given that trains from Portugal and eastern Spain tend to arrive really late.The bus to the awesome beaches of Vigo leaves almost right outside the hotel. The staff in the reception and the breakfast were very nice and helpful.

In one room we had, we passed through several times, the faucet was a bit loose.

Amazing hotel.Very clean,comfortable bed and very central.Definitely should be more than a 2 star.I have stayed at hotels with more stars than this and have to say that if you stay here you will not be disappointed.Value for money and very friendly staff.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel which is exceptionally good value for money. We were given a very comfortable room on the 5th floor. The hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Breakfast can be had in the cafe below for around 6 euros where again the staff are attentive and pleasant.

It is located on a very busy crossroads but with the windows shut, we couldn't hear a thing. We would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea.

Excellent location in the old city. Rooms seem to have been totally refurbished recently. Clean, quiet with windows closed and helpful reception staff who can speak English. Cafeteria next door that serves breakfast to hotel guests at a small additional cost. Good place to stay if on the Camino as it's only a couple blocks away.

Nothing
