Room was very clean and comfortable. Great location convenient to bars and restaurant. Easy access for pilgrims on the Camino.

We were given a handicap accessible room, which was fine except for the shower in the bathroom. No doors/walls for shower which meant water flooded the whole floor of the bathroom. We asked for a different room before using the shower, but none were available. The cost was high compared to other options in the town.

We were in Room 203 which must be the best room in hotel as to front with view of square and appears to have largest floor plan. Was a delight to stay here. All the staff we dealt with went above and beyond to help us, from the lady who checked us in who was so friendly and welcoming to the man the next morning who phoned the tourist iffice to check location if bus stop for us. The breakfast was worth the cost as buffet with cereals, fruit and yogurt in addition to usual bread, cheese, ham and cakes. Was nice to have option that wasnt just bread based.

You have to buzz to get in and someone may not be available immediately to answer if you are earlier than stated check in time. We sat out in sunshine in bar beside entrance so wasnt an issue for us and they were able to give us a room before 2pm.

The hotel is in a gorgeous location and very central. The staff were so welcoming. They also went to great lengths to get an item returned to me that I had inadvertently left in the hotel, which I was delighted to see again. To me, this was exceptional and above and beyond what I would expect from any hotel. We were also lucky as we stayed a night when there was a festival happening This was great fun.

Liked the location. Right on the plaza and the Camino de Santiago. The room was spacious and clean. As was the bathroom although I did not book a disability room. The breakfast was great value for money. The staff welcoming and accommodating.

The room was very warm for sleeping and the aircon was not set for cooling. By opening the window it was noisy and too much light from the street.

Excellent location, very welcoming staff, great room and amenities. The hostess gave us excellent suggestions that greatly enhanced our visit.

There was a power issue during breakfast but it was experienced by that whole part of town. The staff still did a great job of making sure everyone was comfortable and well fed.

Location was excellent right in the middle of the town. The beds were very comfy and lovely pillows. The bathroom was a good size and the shower excellent. The staff at reception were very helpful. We stayed two nights as we had a rest day and it was the perfect spot.

We had a small amount of washing to do and we were charged for two lots when it could have been put into one.

The hotel was located right in the middle of the plaza, which was perfect; went out and had dinner there. The room was adequate- I slept very well. Management was very helpful. I did not eat breakfast, but it did look amazing

Nothing the hotel was great and the town was one of the cutest on the camino.

Location was fantastic in main square. Restaurants and cafés all within minutes. Comfortable spacious room with great views. Two big single beds together made for a huge double. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Parking was not a problem although not at hotel it was free onstreet parking. Lovely view from room.

No breakfast available at hotel but plenty of places open early.

Excellent hotel located on the central plaza. Sparkling clean room with nice decor, great bathroom with shower, hairdryer, makeup mirror, and soft-close toilet seat. Great lighting in the room, air-conditioning is easily controlled in room (unlike some hotels where you can’t really adjust thectemperature), laundry service (fee) was convenient, quick, and well-done. Breakfast (fee) was nice - breads, ham, cheese, cereals, fruits, juice and yogurt, postre. Good variety of restaurants just outside the door on the central square

The accommodation is located right on the main town Square, which is great for access to restaurants and shops and central to all the points of interest in town. They also have a buffet breakfast which was nice. Very friendly and helpful staff.
