Conveniently located near Yala National Park. The experience was delightful and met all our expectations for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large and very comfy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights was the pool, which provided a refreshing and relaxing environment to unwind after a day of exploring the park. The overall ambiance of the hotel was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

rooms facing each other makes privacy an issue unless you constantly draw the curtains ! as noted by others..its a little distant from the centre but this means you get more peace and quiet

Staff is very good, helpful and kind, take off shoes when come inside room, pool size is great, room is quiet, parking is spacious,

we are late for breakfast and still some bread left on the table, being served hot drink and egg and charged for breakfast, it is very cheap though. It would be better telling the price upfront.

The food was horrible, with no taste at all. They don't have any variety for food. We stayed 2 days, and basically, it was the same meal served on both days they really needed to improve with food. .

The location is ideal for travellers. Close enough to Yala so you can get into the national park early as possible. Also the hotel is in the middle of the Thissa city so you can go out and eat if you want. The rooms are cosy and I managed to get a room next to the pool. Swimming pool was clean and the staff helps you out quickly when you ask for something. On my request they prepared the breakfast for the safari and it was ready by 5 AM in the morning and they have packed it so so I can have it on the go.

Food wasn't the great there. I initially was planning to go out and eat but because of the rain I had to have dinner in the hotel. I went for the authentic dish. Taste was okay but it was expensive compare to the quality and quantity. The prices were on the menu so I wasn't surprised by it. Same goes to the safari meal, convenient but the food was really dry by the time I had it. Again, not the end of the world :)

Wifi coverage was not good in our room. Pool seemed a little murky.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. We left early for Yala National park and the hotel provided us and our driver with a packed breakfast. We also returned late from our safari and the hotel was very accommodating in extending our check out time.

Menu in the restaurant for dinner was limited, although we did enjoy we had.

Clean comfortable with a good food selection and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We stayed over a weekend so there was a lot of very loud noise into the evening and past midnight so not great for sleeping.

No linen service whilst away all day at Yala full day safari. Not big bins. No linen change. Poor tv reception - fuzzy screen which no staff member could or would fix.

Comfortable room, large pool, huge breakfast box as we were leaving very early for safari. Friendly staff on reception and around the hotel.

Breakfast buffet, though plentiful, wasn’t the best.
