overall a good experience, property is well situated and right on the beach . Staff is very humble and helpful.

Minor renovations in terms of furniture can improve the experience further.

The place is well located , the staff is really nice and goes out of their way to feel comfortable. The breakfast is awesome too. One can swim with the turtles at the turtle beach which is located within walking distance. The rooms are big and most of the rooms have good views

The swimming pool is not as big as seen in the pictures. The sea / beach in front of the hotel is too rough , one has to walk around 400-600 meters to find a nice beach (turtle beach) . The hotel is located near the Dallawala beach and not exactly in Unawatuna

We stayed at the hotel from 02.02 to 02/14.24. I liked Everything. The staff were amazing and tried their best to make sure you enjoyed your stay. They were all so happy and kind. I liked the unusual interior design throughout the villa. The atmosphere was cool, relaxing, happy, romantic, intimate, secluded, quiet, peaceful. The breakfast was great, the cooking class! It was exceptionally clean and cozy. A few meters from the hotel there is a beautiful private beach. Upon departure, the hotel manager presented a very nice souvenir. Thanks! We will definitely return to this fairy tale!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We spent 2 weeks at Amanda Villas. The room was excellent, spacious, cleaning was frequent, towels and bed linen were constantly changed. The refrigerator and air conditioning worked very well! Breakfast was great - bacon, eggs, fruit, toast. They always asked what to feed a two-year-old child :) You won’t be able to swim right in front of the hotel, but 5 minutes to the left there is an accessible entrance to the sea. 8-10 minutes walk to the beach with turtles, 7 minutes by tuk-tuk to Unawatuna beach. There was music from a neighboring hotel, but it didn’t bother us. The staff is the diamond of this hotel. We constantly felt the attention and care of a 5-star hotel and even more :) We will be happy to come back to you again! Just one request, we need a coffee machine for good coffee for breakfast! :)

Great sea view. Really spacious rooms especially the bathroom! We felt the desire for excellent customer service but the team is still getting there and will be better soon. They tried their best to always make everything comfortable for us but still has some things to improve on. But overalll we still ppreciated their desire and effort.

Maybe the beach area in front of the property may be kept clean by the team for a much better sea view. Cleanliness within the property like the kitchen, pool, room cabinets may also be improved for a much better overall experience.

The staff were so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! We had dietary needs and they tried their best to accommodate to that. The location is beautiful right on the beach, although the sea was very rocky so it was hard to swim but still beautiful. The rooms were big and spacious and we had a lovely balcony. The hotel is a 5/10 min Tuk Tuk into the town, easy to get to, but don’t get conned by the drivers, you should only be paying 500 per trip! We really enjoyed our stay here, thanks to the guys who helped make our stay so great.

The air con in our room wasn’t great and it kept getting quite hot at times. We also had some ants in our room which wasn’t nice. It would also be good if the hotel had a breakfast menu so people could choose off it, rather than getting the same thing each morning (bread, egg, fruit). Other than this, we really enjoyed everything :)

We stayed in this amazing villa during a weekend. It’s an excellent place for anyone who loves to enjoy the calming atmosphere where you can listen to the murmurs of the waves. They are always happy to serve you their best. ❤️we were provided with clean and comfortable room with all the amenities and facilities. ❤️The breakfast was delicious. ❤️Easy access via southern express way . Great place to stay. Located a bit out of town, but you can walk to Unawatuna beach in 15/20mins and Turtle beach in 10mins. The view on the ocean from the room is very nice and the room has a good bed and warm shower. Next to all this, is the very warm and friendly staff. They helped us out with our tuktuk together with some other tuktuk drivers that are always around the corner. For breakfast it would be nice if they could offer also more Sri Lankan next to the toast, fruit and egg.

Absolutely wonderful stay . The room was spacious , clean and had beautiful interior . You will wake up to a view of the Indian ocean. Staff is very friendly and attentive, we had few issues in the room when we first came in , all were sorted quickly . Breakfast was great , tables are right by the beach an you can enjoy your breakfast with a sea view . About 10 minute walk to Wijeya beach which is best for a sea bath. Shout out to Chamara who was the star of the staff . We were also given extended time to stay and enjoy for free after the standard check out time. Thank you staff and management for looking after us. Happy to come back again :)

the location is amazing in terms of proximity to the ocean, which is only a few meters away from the breakfast table. Looking from the balcony to the Indian Ocean is amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly prepared. As this is a rather touristic spot, the location tends to be a bit loud in the evenings from neighboring hotels and the beach can be crowded. Also the waves where so strong that swiming in front of the hotel was not possible. The beach is cleaned on a regular basis. The rooms are compfy as are the beds, but have seen their share of guests and could use some freshening up.
