Anita at the reception was so nice and helpful, the staff all in all was super nice. The rooms had everything you could need for a short trip, even an iron. Our room was very comfortable, only thing they could have changed the towels during our 2nights stay. Breakfast was so delicious!! Definitely my favorite part 😍 The interior of the hotel is also quite nice. Parking situation is okay

The location was perfect, rigth on the walking area of town and close to parks. We enjoyed the newly refurbished rooms and the beatiful down town.

The elevators were very confused, you wanted to go down to lobby but the elevator has other ideas, went up to pic up someone who was calling for it. It seems like even if you want to go down, it will wonder upstairs. Very annoying.

Renovated bedrooms were very comfortable. Room was very light / large window with view. Bed/bedding high quality and extremely comfortable. Bathroom good size and large walk in shower. Breakfast was outstanding; great choice.

Parking is opposite the hotel in a public parking. This is the only negative on this hotel that it has no own parking.

Breakfast was very excellent! A big improvement since my last visits, and not saying that it has not been good before. And I had forgotten how great the beds are. Very comfortable!

Well, the complimentary coffee machine was broken both days I stayed there. Not the end of the world, but it makes a different.

Great buffet breakfast. Good view from the ninth floor. Comfy bed. Quiet.

Shower water flooded over most of the bathroom floor and the rubber blade provided for drying surfaces after a shower didn’t work. Instructions for using the TV would be helpful.

I liked the hotel decorations from outside and inside. The rooms' furniture and the services were smartly equipped and fully completed. The hotel location was excellent near the park and near the city. The reception girls were helpful and in a kindly communication. Thanks for the coffee and tea with cookies served all the time. The breakfast was unexceptional, in variability and quality.

it is very central, extremely close to all amenities, but you also have a lovely park next to the hotel

it is in the process of a major renovation, which makes it a bit noisy and dusty outside, but that finishes this summer, so then everything will be perfect!

The place is good, clean, nice view, location in city center, superb breakfast, nice and kind staff

No parking. They had some construction ongoing that caused some noise and the gym and swiming pool were closed, though they sent the notice earlier

The shower and bath were a danger in Room 923; better to convert the space to a walk-in shower only!

It was surprising to see that they didn't have any amenities in the rooms, it was too inconvenient. The should include the basic amenities for the guests.
