The hotel's location is fantastic, the room facilities are modern, the breakfast is excellent, check-in and check-out are hassle-free, and the bathroom with its great shower is very comfortable. The overall cleanliness make for a great stay!

The extra bed if you are more than 2 people isn't suitable for adults; it's more in line with the size for a teenager or younger individual. In the case of a booking for 3, like mine, it can be quite inconvenient for the third person, especially if they are taller than 1.65m, as the bed may be too small. Extending breakfast hours would be a nice improvement (it is currently 6:30 to 9:30), allowing guests to enjoy a bit more sleep.

Breakfast, beds, room design. Overall the hotel design was amazing. Everything seems new, the views are great especially from the top floor relaxing area, but also from out room. I never experienced such quiet room/sound isolation, although it's right next to the harbour, there were no sounds and we had very relaxing, peaceful sleep. There is even yoga mats and place to do meditation/yoga on the upper floor, which was a nice surprise. Helsingborg surprised us both very nicely, it is a place definitely worth visit, and with this lovely stay it was a bonus !

The room we got didn't seem like 16 sq m like the one we saw on the photo, but smaller. Other than that, nothing big but what could be better is sauna (hotter, it was too cold and there were no instructions if possible to turn the heat up - 50 degrees is a bit low..). Also the room was missing some basic toiletries such as cotton swab and body lotion. Also there was no conditioner either. Finally, the instructions for reaching the hotel on foot aren't clear on googlemaps so we found last minute good tips in someone's review. This should be maybe more clear (not sure if it said in the booking description but we used google to find our way in Helsingborg).

The hotel is on a very nice location, just by the harbor, and it's a short walk to the city center. The hotel is quite new and modern. It has a spacious lobby and has a very nice view on the harbor.

The hotel doesn't have its own parking. There is the possibility to park either on the street through a parking spot sharing app, or to park it in a public parking by the ferry terminal. The latter is still quite close from the hotel, but obviously not as convenient at leaving the car at the hotel itself.

Relaxed and friendly staff. Plenty of space and seating at breakfast. Generally brekfast buffets tend to feel hectic. Not here. Despite being fully booked it was a relaxed experience. The 12th floor relax area was a neat experience. A beautifully designed hotel.

The lack of street signs in the area. The vague information regarding the parking situation. I'm perfectly okay walking 5 minutes in the rain, but I'd like to know that when "hotel parking available" actually is very limited.

The Hotel is still under construction within the redesigned harbour areal. So everything is absolutely new and has a high quality. The breakfast is amazing with everything that you need and very fast cleaning and service procedures. Very nice gym with a small sauna.

I was not aware that there are really cabins without a window. Although it might be my mistake during the booking, I was horrified about this small prison in darkness. So please stay in one of the other rooms, they might be lovely with the sea view. I do not understand why the rooftop bar closes at 10 p.m. already. Furthermore the whole security system is too much. You cannot enter the relaxing area from your floor. You have to go down to the base level, kindly ask for the lift boy and he opens the relax area on a different floor. That is not very relaxing.

Excellent breakfast and nice view of the harbour. Big hotel with many rooms. Recommend to add that you would like a room with a view. Located close to city center. Come by train or bus, leave the car at home

Many cigarette buts outside the hotel, my family met to drug addicts in the hotel elevator.

Very clean & excellent breakfast. The relax room is very decent… if only we had known about it on a rainy day!

No parking offered at the hotel, and nothing available nearby, and the hotel is out of the way. No window in the room, required an upgrade! The fan made windy noises all night.

The location is beautiful, but if you come by car - it's not so comfortable.

The hotel has paid underground parking so you can park the car before check-in and need to find a temp lot in the street. Vacuum toilets are crazy - if you use it in the night - you will wake up everybody in the room.

Location is a lot of fun . View of the harbour and the ferries passing by . Great design of the hotel in general .Very comfortable room . Delicious breakfast . Very friendly and super helpful staff .

Windows don t open . only air conditioned .

The relaxation room was just what we needed and your staff were so helpful with instructions on how we could utilise this space. Loved the views of the ferry crossings.

Needed clearer directions to reach the level in the railway station to bridge to hotel.
