The breakfast was just perfect! Traditional Europeans breakfast menu with good choice, everything was fresh and tasty. A lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.

The only thing which wasn't really comfortable is that our family room had neither kettle nor fridge. Hot water was available both in front of the reception and at the restaurant but it wasn't super comfortable for the family.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great. Our family room was very nice for a small family. Location is easy to reach and close to the train station.

The hotel parking garage is fairly expensive, but public parking in front of the hotel is luckily a bit cheaper.

the oppertuniry of offering bicycles to their guests (free of charge - very important note) is big win! park the car in their garage and you’re a bikes distance to sny where within the city center. that was a deal breaker for me during my stay at least.

Windows are not blocking the sounds from the street. I could never imagine that there are so many tuned cars in Karlstad, it was rock’n’roll the whole night because cars were just driving around till 5 am with loud music on.

Everything was perfect. Place is like home. 4 beds, enough space. I like sauna a lot so if it’s possible to go sauna, I give 10 points for sure. Thanks to owners. Family Koivula from 🇫🇮

Lovely family hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were friendly. The only downside was having to book a time slot for breakfast. The slots get booked up and if you book too late you do not have much choice

Also, we were staying in a lower floor of the hotel and there was many cars through the night playing music out the windows. It made sleeping difficult.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They would answer any question. The family room was great, the kids loved it. Very clean in all the parts of the hotel.

It was a bit noisy during the night because of the loud music from the cars. Many motorcyclists also. Very warm in the room, no AC.

Great breakfast. The location is very good, walking distance to shops and restaurants. I've stayed here before and keep coming back. The staffs is very friendly and service minded.

Kids playroom was very appreciated and good. Breakfast spectacular. Relax with hot tub and sauna nice. Overall very family friendly.
