I had to call the 24/7 service as there was a mistake and I was given the wrong codes in the information email. I could get in the building but I could not enter the flat with the code in the email. When I called I was told there was an error in the original email. This was a bit stressful as it was late at night but luckily the 24/7 call service helped me out with new codes.

It was clean and spacious. There was a washing machine with drying combo machine and plenty of hangers. Nice open view and we had a room on the 5th floor. It’s unmanned. We received the door codes well in advance. No restrictions on what time we arrived.

It was a very hot day and there was no air-conditioning and no fan.

The price, location and room was very good and had pretty much everything we needed. Free parking outside, and otherwise very cheap parking just a short walk away. The room was clean and decently sized.

The room was very warm with no AC or any windows that could be opened properly..

Comfortable and functional flat with a nice view

It's located in a isolated part of town, so not much to do if you just want to step out and take a walk. But if you want to want to visit a sport event in one of the nearby stadiums you'll be at just the right place.

Cool location with view on the football pitch. The apartment has all you wish for. We cooked 2 nights and went out for dinner the last night. Nothing, all by door codes seems impersonal, but it in fact is tailored to our liking.

The clearness and the fact that it has a kitchen and everything you need to make your own favourite food. If you’re that person who likes to cook his/her own meals and who also enjoys the feeling of being in his/her home, then go for Apart direct. I really enjoyed my two days stay there.

I would say nothing

We really liked the automated way of checking out and everything else was just automated with codes for the doors and such. We got a cool view of the soccer stadium too!

The pillows was very thin, it was a bit moist and warm inside during our stay in July also

Easy check in and out. Spacious and well equipped. Good location. Quiet room/well isolated. More attentive cleaning is needed.

In the bathroom there were brown stains on the walls and short hair in the toilet. The floor wasn’t cleaned properly. There was fat/oil on the kitchen stove. Overall it looked cleaned but wasn’t. I will be staying again but proper and attentive cleaning is needed.

The overall experience was extremely smooth. All the instructions, I received them well in advance allowing me to prepare accordingly. Even in the property, everything was clearly marked and I was properly guided to have the best possible experience.

This was a clean and bright place. Nice open area and quiet. The corridor was well lit and access easy with the codes. It was a large apt comfortable with the kitchen equipped with microwave, cooker, coffee maker kettle, fridge and freezer. Lots of storage. Parking for car

There was a slight musty smell when we walked in. That did disappear after we opened the window. Sofa needs replacing. It looks well used.
