Great location, everything is pretty close. The room was comfortable and clean, "I'm going green" option is a nice addition. While not completely soundproof, i really didn't hear the noise from the outside, even when the square was buzzing with activity. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

There really isn't much light in the room (standard room) - no ceiling lights. If you have sight issues, or want to read a book without straining your eyes, the lack of light might be an issue.

The hotel is located downtown on the main square of Linköping close to all shops, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is great, good selection, and you eat in a nicely decorated and large room.

Welcome from the personnel was not the warmest I have experienced, but this is a detail... The worse is when you have a room on the side of the main square which is covered with terraces (except in winter I assume). Nice for the view, but the sound rising from the square the whole evening and up to 3 o'clock in the night, is just unbearable. Your room becomes a discotheque ! They offer ear plugs in the room and you understand why... So if you want to sleep well, ask for a room NOT on the main square. It would be appreciated from a 4 stars hotel that they pay for a better sound isolation considering the price of their rooms.

The location, the clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast and staff

Everything was great, however would like to inform you about which you can improve or take care. The kids’ room can be kept opened without having to ask for opening it through a receptionist who also has to attend the customers. It becomes a bit awkward to ask for opening it. Otherwise everything in the hotel is excellent.

Very big and spacious room, recently renovated. Excellent central location and friendly staff. Availability of indoors parking. Good breakfast with take-away options for those arriving after 9.30.

The room was kept rather cold. The curtains could not shut out completely the light, which is not nice in the morning. I would have appreciated some fresh orange juice (vs the low quality juice coming out of the machine) and better fruit variety.

very spacious rooms, great breakfast. they had a separate section with toys for kids at the breakfast room. it’s not our first time in this hotel and will certainly not be the last

we had a room to the big square and the windows were not totally soundproof so we had quite loud music until late. luckily the music was really good and good ambience so we didn’t mind it

The nicely furnished modern room was facing the square so great location, had a large comfy double bed, a decent work desk and a small TV lounge area. The bathroom seems newly renovated. Due to an early departure to get to the airport I could only get a breakfast bag, but this was more than adequate. Staff attentive and helpful.

No room service. The restaurant Storan is run by a different company. No matter, I ordered through Foodora and had some excellent Libanese food from nearby Merwha. Facing the square there was some noice. There was a slight smell in the bathroom. Nothing major.

Great location close to lots of good restaurants, bars and shops. Bus stop for local buses only 5 mins walk away and only 10 mins walk from train station. Lovely walk along the canal only 5 mins away.

No hand soap provided in the bathroom until our last day.

Clean hotel, right downtown. Nice restaurant downstairs, part of the hotel and good breakfast.

Room was outstandingly... small. Definitely showing the age of the building - which is nice - but it looks almost like the hotel had larger rooms originally which were made more... efficient in terms of capacity. To exemplify - during the pandemic, I was using hotel rooms to do my morning exercise. Well - you could absolutely NOT do something like that.

Comfy beds, the room was well ventilated without any noisy AC and the breakfast was great - even for us vegans, Oatleys Oatgurt!

can think of anything except maybe to tell us in advance that we could get a cheaper parking through the hotel reception- we parked nearby and took a 24hr ticket.

Neat & tidy + modern property in an ideal location. Convenient to all amenities. Staff were extremely affable + accommodating. Absolutely flawless English; as one has come to expect from Swedes.

Sauna was - understandably - closed due to Covid + renovations. Not a negative, as such, just a very mild inconvenience.
