Breakfast was very good and had your traditional British breakfast favourites like sausages and beans, and some Swedish favourites like smoked salmon and meatballs. I like also some sweets that could be found like pancakes, cupcakes and waffles. Rooms were comfortable and had everything you need. I especially was happy for the iron and the ironing table. The location was lovely, it would describe it as standing at the towns main square. All the best restaurants, bars and something akin to a club (at least in summer) as located just 2 steps away.

This wasn't an issue for me, but the fact that the hotel is so central can be a double edge sword as the music, singing and chatter could be heard late into the night from the room. At least if it is facing the Stora Torget. So, if you are a light sleeper I would recommend asking for a room facing away the square.

Great location, absolutely wonderful breakfast, nice, spacious and clean rooms with large windows and light. Restaurants on site and the hotel is right on a square that’s filled with restaurants and people and it was lovely to be at the center of town with so much going on around. Close to shops, nightlife, the cathedral and the river walk. Easy check in and check out, well priced.

No available parking and although we had booked hotel 6 months in advance to attend a wedding, no notice had been sent by hotel during those months to book parking in advance. It would have been a classy gesture for hotel to pay for off-location parking as a service to guests. Sauna was broken during our stay unfortunately.

The room was quiet, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated with quality toiletries, which was a big plus, The breakfast was wonderful and had good variety. The complimentary tea downstairs was a nice touch. We booked parking, which worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We needed to carry our bags down/up a flight of stairs, as the room was not on the same floor as the lifts.

Great location, everything is pretty close. The room was comfortable and clean, "I'm going green" option is a nice addition. While not completely soundproof, i really didn't hear the noise from the outside, even when the square was buzzing with activity. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

There really isn't much light in the room (standard room) - no ceiling lights. If you have sight issues, or want to read a book without straining your eyes, the lack of light might be an issue.

Great central location in the main square of Linkoeping but still pretty quiet at night. Really good for exploring the city and along the Goetha canal. Superb breakfast buffet with huge choice of different foods for all tastes/preferences/intolerances. Great public transport links and staff who helped us fathom them out - no need for a car.

I have stayed at the hotel many times and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Linkoping. The room overlooking the square was fantastic and the location is perfect particularly when there is so much going on in the summer. The buffet breakfast was fine & the staff werefriendly and welcoming as always.

Everything was great, however would like to inform you about which you can improve or take care. The kids’ room can be kept opened without having to ask for opening it through a receptionist who also has to attend the customers. It becomes a bit awkward to ask for opening it. Otherwise everything in the hotel is excellent.

Location was excellent, bed was comfortable and there is a pub with many types of beers directly accessible from the hotel

The hotel is built a bit like a maze, confusing to find the room and not all accessible by elevator. Parking is a bit far as it is in a different building.

The hotel is located downtown on the main square of Linköping close to all shops, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is great, good selection, and you eat in a nicely decorated and large room.

Welcome from the personnel was not the warmest I have experienced, but this is a detail... The worse is when you have a room on the side of the main square which is covered with terraces (except in winter I assume). Nice for the view, but the sound rising from the square the whole evening and up to 3 o'clock in the night, is just unbearable. Your room becomes a discotheque ! They offer ear plugs in the room and you understand why... So if you want to sleep well, ask for a room NOT on the main square. It would be appreciated from a 4 stars hotel that they pay for a better sound isolation considering the price of their rooms.

Very big and spacious room, recently renovated. Excellent central location and friendly staff. Availability of indoors parking. Good breakfast with take-away options for those arriving after 9.30.

The room was kept rather cold. The curtains could not shut out completely the light, which is not nice in the morning. I would have appreciated some fresh orange juice (vs the low quality juice coming out of the machine) and better fruit variety.
