Amazing staff, really, I cannot stress it enough. We had a lot of special requests and they were very polite and helpful in every regard. The facilities were very modern and clean and there was a French Coffee press in the room - love it!

We booked a room without windows, that's on us. The good thing is that it was very dark, but I'd recommend booking a window suite, it's not that much more expensive and as the hotel is a skyscraper in a relatively flat region you'll enjoy the view. The breakfast was okay but my vegetarian partner found the vegetarian alternatives a bit bland. However as we left before breakfast opened the last evening, they provided us with a breakfast basked which was amazing.

We always stay here when visiting family in Lund. Friendly welcome from the staff. They are always helpful and kind. We stayed in a quiet, spacious room with an en-suite bathroom and seating area. Very good black-out blinds, comfortable beds, and lovely crisp clean sheets. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board proved very useful. Products in the bathroom smell fantastic. Varied choice for breakfast, hot and cold food, lots of coffee and juices.

Spacious room, great view from the window (we had a room on the 10th floor), big and comfortable bed, clean, internet was working, welcoming and helpful staff, the service was excellent, good breakfast with nice selection. For us also the location was perfect.

Our room was very clean and fresh. The beds are very comfortable. It is very quiet in the room and you don’t hear any traffic noise from outside. The breakfast was good, get there early. The hotel is only a short walk away from the tram which takes you in to the centre of town.

We stay here often and this time our room was a smaller than usual for the same price.

The location is excellent if you do business travel to Lund for the nearby Ideon Science Park area as you can walk there in 12/15 mins. You can take a tram to the city center that usually takes 6/7 mins. The wifi quality was excellent during my stay.

The breakfast is ok but I was expecting more choices. The staffs are quite eager to empty the table and don't bother whether you have finished your breakfast or not.

you get what you pay for. Choose a room with windows and you will be fine. the breakfast is solid, you will find what you want if you are used to the European way of living.

The bar is not close to a bargain, felt like Norway for a minute when paying for a 12 year old single malt.

Very spacious and comfortable room on the seventh floor. Upgraded for 100kr extra. Good bed, clean, fresh sheets. Big bathroom and shower. Great smelling products including moisturiser and hair conditioner. Iron and ironing board.

Convenient for visiting our daughter living at Delphi, easy to drive to from main road and parking out the front (a charge). Lots of breakfast choice. Staff in restaurant made us a pizza even though the kitchen had just closed.

Definitely a corporate style hotel, not the place for you if you want a more personal experience or don't like lifts.

Really tasty breakfast as always, everything clean, personel really helpful unter any circumstances and good fitness with sauna. I've really enjoyed my stay.
