Great location, 12min walks to the central station, 3min walks to COOP. Located in a quite neighborhood. The room is stylish and looks exactly the same as the pictures on booking com. Decent room size to fully lay down two opening large suitcases. Big bathroom and stable hot water. Quick and helpful response from 24/7 customer service. Other services: laundry room, sauna, gym

The front door was not working for one day during the stay. But they fixed it right away on the next day. The door is not super sound-proof so sometimes you can hear people walking and talking in the corridor.

Here are some things that could have been better: -) during our stay there was no staff, which made the place feel a bit cold. We also barely met anyone else who was staying there, so it is not recommend for people who want to socialize. -) the shower head was a bit broken and there was very little water coming through -) the kitchen was super small and with just enough stuff to cook (we managed anyway)

Room 512 was on the top floor with large sky-windows overlooking an inner courtyard. It might be hot in summer but was comfotable in October, with good central heating and A/C. It was quite small for an appartment, but had everything necessary for a short stay - TV, refrigerator, microwave, induction heating plate, electric kettle etc... The bathroom was relatively large, and the shower worked well, with plenty of hot water. The Coop supermarket is 100m away and opens 'til late. There are many small restaurants close by; the Sushi places are the best. From Copenhagen airport, the Skanetrafiken train goes to Lund Central station, and then it is a 20 minute walk, or take the #3 bus.

There are no staff, at least in the morning and evening. Access verification requires emailing your passport and a real-time phone photo to the administration in Stockholm, and then you get an access code at 16:00 on the day of arrival. This was a fairly cumbersome process, since my first photo was rejected because it bwas a "studio photo". But the freedom of the appartment was good, though the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and an extra towel rail would have been welcome.

It was a comfortable stay. Pity I was too busy to truly enjoy it. The bed and couch provided great comfort though for whatever short time I had. Have access to own mini kitchen is awesome too as one can prepare what they like whenever suitable. And I love spacious and this stay gave me all that! I like that it is close to several attractions and easy reach to busses. Would definitely come again

Though the place was evidently cleaned, the bathroom (shower tiles) and bathroom trash can are not too impressive. It could just be stains that don't come off anymore either from being accumulated over time or just old

Functional, well located, clean, comfortable and practical apartment accommodation. Important to be aware this is not a hotel with staff, but an apartment-hotel, so is suitable for those who don't want/need a receptionist and in-house services.

Access is via a code that is keyed in to a pad. The same code is used for the door to the building, lift and room. The keypads are placed too low, especially that on the door to the building and lift. There is some ambiguity, too, as there are two keypads on the door to the building and two on the lift. Only one of each pair actually works. All OK when you know which keypad to use. Completely unclear why the keypads should be located at knee level.

Really good size studio apartment. The building was in good condition and the cleaner was doing a great job in the building when we left. She was very friendly. The apartment itself was really clean too. Really comfortable beds. Enough basic equipment to make your own food, although we didn’t as just stayed one night. Would be great to stay longer. Good sized bathroom with decent shower. Soap provided. Good wifi. There is a sauna and small gym too! Key code entrance means no worrying about losing keys or keycards. Great communication about when the code would be sent and what to expect. Situated close to town, and about 15 minutes from the station.

Excellent location, huge space, very comfortable bed, huge windows that opened. I only stayed one night, but the kitchen was handy. Great neighborhood near cafes, grocery store. Easily walkable from train station. Spacious bathroom.

Had difficulty having the verification system confirm my passport/drivers license for security approval the day before I checked in. Tried 4x and finally had to email the company, who responded fairly quick. The verification process is a hassle. Wish there was lobby service instead. 4pm is a late check-in. Had to store my luggage at the train station until check-in.

Great location, with the Coop just across the parking, and more than 10 different restaurants within 100m. Room was nice and spacious, and perfectly clean. Kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything one could need, and all in perfect condition.

The electronic lock on my door stopped working at one point, and it took a couple of hours to get it going again.

Spacious, well located apartment. Clean and fully equipped with everything you would need. Easy to access if you can remember your code. Quiet location with windows that open for fresh air.

Couldn't get the coffee machine in the foyer working and with no staff at reception there was no one to help. The mattress was quite hard and personally I found the pillows uncomfortable.

We appreciated the combination of good location (don't miss the Botanic Garden around the corner if going during warmer months), reasonable price and easy access to restaurants around. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a well-kept kitchen (which we didn't use, though, so I don't how cooking and smells work there).

No big concerns, but the fact that everything works with codes without round-the-clock staff can make things a bit tricky for less digital-savvy people
