Brilliant location, cheap accommodation, had a room 75sqm for like €190 a night! Two people, but it was beds for 4! U get what u pay for! Best western is a great hotel with decent rooms for the price u pay! If you heading to Norrköping there is only one hotel that’s “better” and that’s lamp hotel, but then u also up the prices 100-150 a night and the location for best western is as good as the lamp hotel, so go for best western! Great and polite staff with whatever u need!

Lack of a great hotel bar and restaurant, but doesn’t really matter a lot since u have many bars within 5min of walking!

First I was a bit sceptical because of the low price but either I was travelling off-season or that beautiful city hasn't the tourist appreciation that it deserves. However, I was pleasently surprised about that hotel. The staff is very polite and answers every question respectfully and thorough. The room was big and the bed nice, the internet was also great. I will save the hotel in my favourite list when I come back to that region again.

The parking garage is nearby (1min walk) but it's open and I didn't see any cameras. Since I always have stuff in my trunk, I left the car with a bad feeling.

the hotel is located in the great area - near to the malls and many restaurants. the exterior is nothing impressive, but from inside it is pretty cozy and maintained. the room was spacious and clean. the breakfast was rich. it’s a great place to stay at. the property has gym and sauna (part of the gym tho). staff is super friendly and helpful at all times.

it is a winter season and outside was cold. I didn’t feel much warm on inside too. wish the temperature was slightly higher. sauna is behind the gym so anyone who uses the gym can use the sauna too. it wasn’t well maintained and in fact was kinda cold (about 35 degrees). there is a huge gap under the door of the sauna which brings cold weather.

Great customer service. Good breakfast. Awesome hotelgym. Spacious rooms. Good thing that there was a playroom for kids.

I can’t say there was things that I did not like, but I have suggestions how to make great perfect: A larger selection of powerbands ( there’s was only one, the largest). A light and medium would be great. And ready made porridge at breakfast or larger sized overnight outs bowls would be super.

Children friendly facilities. The breakfast is prepared with colorful plastic plates and cutlery making your child feel welcome and there is a play area which made our stay much more comfortable. The location is great!

Due to construction, getting there was a bit difficult since the gps did not show us alternative route. Would’ve been great to get an email with info of take this street instead.

This hotel is located in the centre of the city and close to the tram stop Söder Tull. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and quiet, breakfast allows a wide range of choice and is tasty. Single room is a bit small, but perfect for a short stay.

Nothing special. Generally the hotel is a bit dark, due to black walls and dark wallpaper.

Excellent breakfast, complimentary coffee/tea with cookies in the lobby, nice sauna for guests, comfortable room with coffee/tea, friendly staff, central location close both to the historical city center and the former industrial area.

WiFi signal was missing in the room that was located in the wing that is remote from the reception, also the internal building layout is a bit complicated so that from that wing you need to use two separate elevators/stairs.

The breakfast was super. I had not time to use the facilities (gym, sauna etc), but they seem quite good. Personnel kind and available.

Well I had a slight problem with the heating in my room (it was a bit cold and not really adjustable), but they allowed me to change room. The new one was a bit better from this point of view

Very spacious room, the reception people where extremely helpful and left some nice treats for our dogs. It was very nice to see us welcomed with our dogs.

Lighting and electrical outlets could be improved, it was a bit weird charging our devices given that only one side had a good side for charging. Luckily the wall sockets had USB cable support.

It was very kind of them to grant earlier check-in to us. Highly appreciated.

The breakfast experience wasn’t particularly great. It was a small area and too crowded with not a lot of places available for sitting. The staff were nice, put they seemed to be understaffed compared with the number guests during the breakfast. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety, but it was too crowded to navigate around it to get things.
