automatic info mail about the shuttle was sent after i was in the hotel. the day before i tried to contact'em via wapp and mail and booking but i havent any answer. i had to make an international call to ask where i could have taken the shuttle. For people: the shuttle stop is at terminal 4, Position number 3.

Very nice and modern hotel. Comfortable beds, great shower, quiet room, black out curtains. 20+ TV channels and an electric kettle in the room. Friendly staff and a nice lobby with a business center and separate phone room and children's playroom. The shuttle to/from the airport generally passes every 15 minutes (they have a schedule posted in the lobby), be sure to be outside because they will drive off if they don't see anyone.

No deadbolt just a chain lock that doesn't work, a man walked into my room at 10:45am. The thermostat doesn't go higher than 24C, I was fine in bed with the covers on, and when stepping out of the shower since the bathroom is super small and retains heat. Very bright light from the thermostat that makes it hard to sleep. Ubers won't pick you up or drop you off from the hotel, you have to go to the airport.

Exceptional staff at the reception desk- Nina was very attentive and professional and made us feel very welcome. Location is the best imaginable, especially for those renting a car as the hotel is located less than 5 minute walk from the car rental. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes and stops right outside the hotel.

There isn’t anything important I didn’t like, but I noticed that the hotel offers a complimentary sleep mist, but there was only the carton packaging left in the room and the mist was missing.

Very helpful staff on reception and restaurant. Very clean room, excellent bed linen, pillows and blanket. Modern hotel, beautiful interior. 5min to airport by shuttle bus, (free) every 15minutes. We used swimming pool and sauna (working till 23pm), it was nice after our skiing trip. The food in restaurant was good, and service by the young man was excellent! He is really a professional and friendly! It is possible also to have a breakfast early in the morning (full breakfast from 4.30). Also, it is just 100m from the rental car offices.

We got several emails from the time we booked the hotel with invitation to upgrade, order some extras like fruits etc. But we mentioned, that we need a twin room, because we travel as a group, and the answer was "upon availability." Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that it is not possible to put extra bed in our room and we made upgrade to triple room. But there was a double bed... :=) I think that such things (that it is not possible to put extra bed to standard) could be announced in advance by the hotel, so that customers have the opportunity to choose a more convenient option. But thanks to reception girl, she really wanted to help and trying to do all possible for us. But overall we recommend the hotel and will stay again!

Super quiet room. No noise from outside, nor from corridors etc.. Every single member of staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was extraordinary. I know it's Sweden and every Swedish breakfast seems to be better than the one before, but the Radisson Blu Arlandia provides a huge range of options. The food in the bar was fairly priced too. Really nice hotel.

Very fancy remote for the TV - too fancy for me. I could not find how to lower the sound, not that it was blaring, but I was conscious it might annoy others. Thinking back though, I couldn't hear TVs from other rooms. so maybe it wasn't a problem.

It was difficult to get to the hotel, there were no buses which went there, so if you go to the terminal with arlanda express, you need to take a cab or walk 30-40 minutes (because the area is not designed for people walking). It was great that the hotel had free buses that went to the airport terminals, but it would have been nice if you had also the option to take the bus to the hotel.

"The entire hotel is very pleasant. The hotel is 2 km from the airport. We walked to the hotel although there is also a free shuttle available. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes and is scheduled to accommodate even very early morning flights. We didn't have breakfast because our flight was very early, but they start serving breakfast at 4:30. The room was comfortable, and the service was very pleasant.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Everything was just as needed. They also have a sauna, although it could have been warmer.

The hotel's location was perfect. It was about 15 minutes walking distance from the airport, but only 5 minutes by shuttle, which was great if you arrive early or late at the airport.The room I stayed in was very good. It had a big TV, a nice bed, and all the furniture I needed. The room was quiet and big enough for my needs. The staff was very friendly and provided me with useful information about the area. The breakfast at the hotel was also great. There were different kinds of food in a nice and clean room. I really enjoyed the variety of food available. Additionally, the swimming pool and other facilities were also enjoyable, and it was great to have these amenities available.

The only issue I had was that the carpet in the room was a bit dusty. The shuttle service was well organized, but it wasn't clearly explained in the hotel's description, which made it a bit confusing for me to find the shuttle. The hotel should post extra information about the shuttle service to avoid confusion.

Love the pool and sauna, which we had all to ourselves. It was a nice temperature this time. Excellent breakfast and we were able to take a couple of snacks with us in a doggy bag which was appreciated. The complimentary fudge and clementines by the reception are also very tasty :). We like having a room looking out towards the Jumbo plane and airport. The rooms are very peaceful and you don’t hear anyone out in the corridor.

Receptionists could be more welcoming. The room was equipped with three single beds and so it was a bit cramped on this occasion.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is only a couple stops from the airport terminal with a free shuttle, perfect! Standard room was quite spacious and clean, comfortable bed, large TV and good size bathroom too. Lots of plug sockets with USB as well. Great for 1 night, super quality for value. Also with access to an indoor swimming pool and sauna (which we didn't have time to visit unfortunately). The breakfast buffet was outstanding, so much choice and everything was fresh and refilled constantly. Again really good value for the price. Everything you need from a hotel and more. I would book it straight away for several nights if it was closer to the centre. I recommend 👌🏻
