Rooms were comfortable, hotel very easy to access in middle of city with plenty of restaurants around to choose. Great breakfast, and very nice staff, gave us few hits of where to travel in good nature reserve,

There is no AC in hotel, we did get fan in heat but in 28-30 degrees that's not enough, and even tho at night we opened window to get some cool air into room, there was no air circulation in room to get cool air from outside.

It's not a new hotel- it has the aire, feel and design (and probably age of renovations) of a 90s roadside motel (even though it's located in the city square on a pedestrian street) But for the right price, it's good value and it is comfortable.

The hotel has a roof top sauna and terrace that is available for hotel guests all day long. It was heavenly to go to sauna and relax after a hot summer day. Also breakfast was excellent. For my partner this was actually a second time he stayed in the hotel, and he was really satisfied both times.

At breakfast, we can eat delicious sandwiches and meatballs unique to Sweden. Friendly and helpful staff. Good wider bed.

The room is dark and depressing. and there was a water leak from the ceiling in my room. Overall, the room is not so good.

The location is superb, right in the middle of everything, the cinema is just next doors, shopping malls and stores are very close, very helpful and nice staff, breakfast was very good, I did not hear other hotel guests in my room, water pressure was good in the shower, wished it had a rainfall shower head tho.

Missed my tv 6 channel that I love to watch in the mornings, also think it would have been nice to adjust the angle of the TV, in the shower was soap that was for hair and body, hair got tangled but these are honestly minor issues. Also parking garage is very tight and small not easy to park.

Very nice hotel awesome staff very helpful, evening before leaving we asked about taxi for next day to airport, there was no problem for ordering one ahead. Very nice breakfast with lots of choice.

Very nice and comfy room, clean, fresh and comfortable beds. Cudos to the receptionist who helped us switch rooms after I booked a to small one. OK breakfast with plus for the cured salmon and dried ham.

Moderately priced. Also being able to get fully refunded for a mistakenly made reservation was a huge plus!

A bit more vegan options would have been nice.

The location is perfect, in the very centre of the city. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Airport bus just round the corner. Good breakfast, tidy rooms.
