I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Stockholm and for sure it will be my choice everytime I visit! The breakfast was very good, with lots of options, and even tho it was generally crowded I could always find a place to sit. The gym was very complete and I could do all my usual exercises there. The room was very bright and comfy and the staff very polite. The location was very central, in walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit and very close to the metro and bus stops for the days I felt a bit more lazy.

The small room had a really comfortable bed. The room has a TV with a chromecast and a sound bar with Bluetooth connection, which is always a nice to have. There is a fan and an iron in the room. The bathroom was okay, no issues with the drain, big enough, there are napkins and sanitary bags. For us, the location was great, good bars, grocery stores, metro and train stations nearby. Plus, for us was, in walking distance from everything we wanted(around 20 minutes from the Royal Palace). The breakfast is good, a lot of variety. Friendly staff.

Just some little downsides, but not something that can stop us from recommending it. The towels were a bit small and thin, but really clean and the room was a bit cold. I think it helped with the sleep, tho. 😀

The breakfast was amazing, hence I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, a lot of choices to pick from, they really should never change how they make up the breakfast, one of the best I ever had. The room was cozy, a bit small but still doable, the bathroom was spacious and had everything I needed. The regularly clean up the place too. The location was good as well, about ten minutes on foot to reach to the center. In addition, very good metro connection. I liked the main hall as it was quite spacious ad with many sofas & armchairs to sit on.

The coffee at the main hall, it was simply bad, and they have to change it or not offer it at all. If you offer coffee, it should be at least decent. The room was on the small side, but still liked it as it was cozy. The TV was simply had no good quality whatsoever, I hope they take the chance in the future to review the TVs and change them, even for Netflix was bad.

Breakfast: Amazing! i can eat them any time of day. Room: Not enough space for three full sized luggage but can utilize the empty space below the bed. Just need to have the space increased a little bit Location: Cannot find anywhere better. Location is surrounded by restaurants, grocery list, and public transit

No maintenance till the next morning - needed extra hangers, change of towels, required a fridge and iron but is not available till the next day. Iron is dirty Carpet no rubbish bin on any floor for overflowing garbage

Great Location close to bars and Metro stations,, and short walk from Central train station. Good size room with convenient power sockets right next to beds , very useful for Mobile phone charging. Nice to see Tea and Coffee in room but also the option to get more easily if required. Breakfast included in booking and when we checked in hotel staff informed us that it was really busy and could we book a preferred time. This worked well as you could see the busier times and avoid the crowds. All the staff very friendly and helpful.

Bed a bit too soft for me. Due to room being in a separate annex from the main hotel , which looks like a converted office block , the view from the room was disappointing.

It's exactly what I usually get in a Best Western hotel. The room was a bit more spacious than I expected. There was a minibar fridge, which was a good surprise. Very good breakfast. Daily housekeeping was great. Excellent value for the price if you are going for a short stay at Stockholm.

We didn't like the two beds next to each other, which is uncomfortable for couples. The room was in a separate building and the lobby room had only tea, coffee and cookies. Other BW hotels have offered water, juice and larger selection of bakeries.

It’s fairly close to the main central train station. the room was a decent size and it was great to have a kettle. fantastic breakfast although it gets a bit crowded at the weekends.

The carpet in my room (714)was pretty disgusting and should be removed immediately and replaced or put down wo The shower is a poor design as the glass partition does not meet the floor and no matter how careful I was water went all over the bathroom floor. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang your things and it would be an easy fix to add some inside on the bathroom door. not the hotels fault but some people on an adjacent balcony were parting and it was?very loud in my room -10.30pm Saturday night. The coffee at breakfast was instant and not very nice.

Room was very clean, quite, modern and had everything it needed. Even an own ironing board and machine, small fridge, water cooker, and so on. Breakfast was everyday the same, but they offer so much that you have enough options to have a diverse breakfast each day. It was fresh and tasty! The staff also makes sure everything is available and always ready to help. In general, very friendly staff. The location is also perfect, close to metro stations or the possibility to walk to your destination. You really get value for your money.

WiFi connection wasn't also working properly. I had to walk across the street to get to the breakfast area, wasn't a big deal but less nice when it's raining. The doors of the room are very heavy and sometimes difficult to open or keep open.

Excellent sweedish / continental breakfast. Very wide choice of food. Perfect location, just between the train station (and airport link) and the old town. All within a walking distance. Very quiet room. Friendly staff.

It is rather difficult to get out of the hotel. A bit like a maze. There is only one small elivator and many staircases. However, staircases end up with locked alarmed doors. The only way out is through the elivator and then long coridor.

The hotel is near the city center, Gamla Stan is in a 20 min walking distance. Our room was surprisingly spacious. Staff was friendly, we could leave our luggage there before checking in. We used the sauna, it was very pleasant after a whole day of sightseeing in a cold winter day. (FYI: the saunas are inside the gym changing rooms, so there is one for the ladies, and one for men.) The breakfast was excellent, food was tasty and there was a wide variety of options. We loved the small but cozy reception area, where we could just sit in comfortable armchairs and have a glögg. The whole stay was very good in overall.

The room was a bit cold for my taste, but it was December, it was cold outside as well, so that's not a surprise. (By cold I mean we had to wear a sweater in the room, a T-shirt was not enough, but I honestly think this is normal in Nordic countries, so I don't want to complain at all, this is only about my personal preference.)
