Great room on the 8th floor with an excellent city view as requested. Great value for money. Location is 20 min walk from the new center and 30 min walk from old town Gamla stan. The Metro station is only 5 minutes from the hotel. The room was perfect, big, and clean with a lot of light, a comfortable bed, a work table, and 2 armchairs with an additional small coffee table. Free water, tea, and coffee in the room. Cleaning every day. The toilet was big and comfortable. The wifi in the room, even though it had a low signal, had a perfect speed of 30mbps, excellent for work and video meetings. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of food choices, drinks, and healthy shots. We didn't have too much free time to use the sauna and fitness, but they were great too. Additionally, there was free coffee, tea, and cookies anytime at the reception lobby.

The beds are particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Amenities: 4/5 The fitness center is well-equipped, perfect for maintaining a workout routine while traveling. The sauna was a nice touch for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The complimentary breakfast served daily was great, featuring a good variety of options including Swedish specialties. It was a wonderful way to start my day. Service: 4.5/5 The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests or questions. The front desk is staffed 24/7, ensuring that help is available at any time. Special commendation goes to Bakary, whose exceptional service and attention to detail significantly enhanced my stay. His warm hospitality made a big difference. Cleanliness: 4.5/5 The hotel prioritizes cleanliness, with rooms, common areas, and dining facilities all kept in pristine condition. Housekeeping services are prompt and thorough, contributing to the overall positive experience of staying here. What I Didn’t Like: Room Size: 3.5/5 The rooms can be a bit small for four people, which might feel cramped for families or groups traveling together. While the space is efficiently used, it’s something to consider if you’re traveling with a larger group.

Clean, comfy, quiet, warm - the bed was particularly comfortable compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Lots of lighting options in the room which made it feel very cosy in the Swedish winter. Room was very spacious especially for the price. Shower was warm and easy to adjust, big mirror over the sink helped the small bathroom feel bigger. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location is central but off the main street so nice and peaceful, no traffic noise at night. Metro is close by, very quick to Central station or Gamla Stan, or you could walk in 15-25 minutes. I would have been very happy to stay for a few more nights.

I couldn't figure out the screen sharing on the TV with my iPhone and there didn't seem to be any other Smart TV features.

Location was a short 10 - 15 min walk from the central station. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast was a varied buffet with hot and cold options. It was lovely to have fresh melon and the vegan smoothie was lovely. I went early to avoid queues. The room was OK. Nothing special but quiet, clean and compact, which was fine for a short stay. It was in the adjacent building to the main hotel, so you have to walk 1 min outside to get to breakfast, which was fine. It was nice to have a kettle (with tea, coffee and milk) and mini-fridge in the room.

The only problems I encountered were a window that had a faulty seal, so I had cold air entering the room all night. I was settled by then and didn't fancy a walk outside to the main reception at that time of night, so I just relied on the thick curtain and cushion as a draught excluder. I used the thick 2nd duvet to stay warm. Also, when I opened the shower door, there was a strong smell of egg. There was a bar in the shower at an awkward height, so I kept hitting my arm on it as the cubicle was quite small. This served no obvious function, so the metal bar should be removed. There is limited hanging space due to the size of the room but it was fine for 1 night.

Excellent location, 200m from metro station. About 20 min walk to the Old Town (Gamla Stan). There are several markets and restaurants very close by. Very kind and helpful staff at the reception. Room and bathroom a bit smaller, but had everything we needed. We had electric kettle and regular coffee and tea refills, iron, ironing board, ventilator. The room overlooked an inner courtyard, it was very quiet. It was cleaned thoroughly every day, towels changed on request. There are gym and sauna in the basement (05.30-21.30) and pool table in the adjoining building (till 22.00). Male/female saunas are separate, so they can be used even if you forget bathing suite. The breakfast was exceptional: eggs, hams, bacon, cheese, salads, fruits, pancakes, jams, oats, cereals, yogurts, breads, cakes, herring, meatballs.., we couldn't even manage to try it all during our four nights stay.

It was very nice weather in May when we visited and room faced West so it became rather warm in the room later in the day and there was no AC. We solved that by pulling the blackout curtains and leaving the small window opened all the time. No shelves or drawers in the wardrobe, just hangers.

Breakfast was perfect. Room was also good but the only one thing what surprised me that in the room no any place/closet to leave things so we had to keep our things in the bags . . . Also the third bed used by my daughter was not so comfortable like other two. Location is really perfect and no any complaints.

As I mentioned only thing which I could complain is that no any place for the thing. There are only option for hanging jackets and that's it. However it was not big issue and our overall impression great about our trip to Stockholm.

Hotel is a good walking distance from main tourist venues. There is a small car park available (at a fee) that you have to book in advance. Breakfast is nice and complete with enough food options for any taste. Room was clean and comfortable (we stayed at 9th floor, with a clean view over surrounding buildings). Bathroom and shower are ok and cleaned. Bed was comfortable. Room size (a double) was good and in the right size for 2 persons with 2 big luggages.

Nothing to note about things not liked. It's a good budget hotel for a Stockholm visit.

This was a very nice and central hotel, I have stayed before in Best Western Hotels and they never disappoint. The room was small but efficient, clean enough and quiet during the night, the mini-fridge was not working and the TV was in Swedish only, but we were there only for a few days, so it didn't affect our stay. We were allowed to check-in earlier than usual by becoming a member, which was a pleasant surprise. The reception and cleaning crew were helpful and excellent, the included breakfast was also surprisingly well and tasty. Overall, a very satisfying experience!

Some of the appliances provided were not working and were not easy to use to non-Swedish speakers, but the response from the reception was very good.

The hotel is very well located, on a walking distance to some of the attractions. Breakfast was quite good, there was a variety of choices. Only thing there was that usually after 8,30 it was getting crowded. The room was also quite comfortable, very good fit for a family with 2 kids , the sofa was comfortable for them. The room was a bit tiny, but at the end, we were in Stockholm for the walks, not for sitting in the room. Room was cleaned every day, towels were changed as well. Staff was nice and polite. I would recommend and would consider again for the future.

Right in city centre, close to tourist attractions. Rooms are ok for the location. Have to especially mention the Excellent checkin service provided by Mr. Joel at front desk. When my name did not show in the booking, he tried reversing First name / Last name. That worked. He was very resourceful. Mr. Joel also was very helpful and knowledgeable about all things a guest should know. Pointed out the two building layout of the hotel, location of breakfast room, all-day coffee services, gym and sauna. He also outlined key resources useful to guests right in the areas surrounding the Kom hotel. Wifi password also was provided without asking. At several hotels, to extract all that information, you the guest, have to keep asking, asking...

No air-conditioning. This can be a problem in summer. A small table fan is provided in the rooms, though.
