Very modern interior with a nice, clean bathroom. Digital key was great! Meant we didn’t have to worry about losing the key and could easily get into the building once staff had left. Great price!

Room showed signs of lack of cleaning between customers as I found a food packet and piece of gum from previous guests on top of the cabinet next to the top bunk bed - made me doubt wether the bedding on the top bunk bed had been changed or not as I noticed this rubbish straight away.

It was so good that I regret I didn’t stay longer. It made feel completely at home. The room was clean, spacious, nice gym and a decent breakfast included (I wish there was some protein only as eggs for example). The location is not close from city center or where the activities usually happen, so if you’re there for touristing you’ll rely on taking transportation to whatever you decide doing). I was working remotely and for me it was good enough, the neighborhood feels nice, brand new buildings, a few restaurants, supermarkets and nice bars around.

The mattress could be better and the kitchen could have some basic food supplies as salt, pepper and oil.

Very modern and stylish vibes, great industrial design. We felt very safe, as there were multiple place to use your entrance card. Good breakfast in the morning, complimentary tea and coffee the entire day. They gave us extra pilots and a duvet when we asked. Room had everything you need

There is not a person at the reception all the time (you can call them though),, when we arrived at the check in nobody confirmed in the app the rooms are ready. We received a single duvet for a double bed, they have us one extra but it had no covering, not the most sanitary to be honest. The location is ok but you do need to walk quite a weird path to the metro or take 2 extra tram stops to get there.

Beautiful interiors and easily accessible location by public transport. Also, as a female solo traveler, the area felt safe enough in the evening to be walking or cycling to and from the location. The room set up with the little kitchenette should be comfy for a slightly longer stay as well.

The check in app was not working the day of my arrival. I called the hotel earlier that day and they told me that upon arrival I should go to the reception and call the number available there and someone would be able to assist with the check in since I was arriving late in the evening. When I got there, it wasn't clear how I could get into the building and reach the reception (thankfully a group of people having drinks at the bar were kind enough to open the front door) and when I called from the reception desk, it took several attempts until someone answered. I understand that this is an one off but, considering the tech issue, there should have been someone at the reception desk to hand me the keys. It was a lot of stress upon arrival that could have been avoided.

The gym is quite well equipped and the interior of the hotel and the corridors are modern and nicely decorated. The staff were really nice as well, specifically the gentleman with the shorter hair and a bit muscular. Super helpful and always smiling. On our last night a guest staying at the hotel unfortunately had some sort of episode where he lit up some paper and broke a bunch of windows and other things in the lobby, where the entire hotel was woken up by the fire alarm at 3AM. Fire brigade and police came and everyone had to evacuate; the whole ordeal took around 4 hours and we were escorted to a nearby motel’s lobby, but the man was arrested only a half hour after the police came but they had to make sure he didn’t leave something in the hotel. He was eventually charged for arson. The above mentioned receptionist was the only one working that night (by chance as there are no receptionists at night) and he dealt with it professionally and kept us all up to speed. Hotel manager also later that morning came and when we could go back they also organised it really well. Unfortunate how this man ruined a lot of peoples’ vacation but kudos to the hotel team!

The breakfast can be more varied, at least include some boiled eggs. the pastries such as the scones and croissants were absolutely delicious though and freshly baked. One thing that we were also quite bothered by was that there was no airconditioning in the room. In the hotel amenities as well as the room info (City Studio) it clearly states that the room has airconditioning. When we went to tell the other receptionist, he wasn’t even aware of that and said none of the rooms actually have airco, just ventilation. Unfortunate as it was very warm and humid in the room and in Stockholm in the summer and we were there for a wedding, so wasn’t too comfortable getting ready while sweating the whole time.

We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation considering its value for the money. It's perfectly located to explore the islands of Stockholm - bus/tram as well as a ferry stop ist just around the corner and gets you downtown in 20 mins. Walk to gamla stan is around 45 mins and highly recommended. Supermarket and restaurants are close-by however we recommend hopping over to the next "island" Södermalm and explore the vibrant restaurant and café culture there. The room itself was simple but suffciently designed / equipped - and super quiet (except for the busy sea gulls). Kettle and french press are available but you need to bring your own coffee / tea (fair enough). I was a bit worried cause some reviews mentioned cleanliness issues - something we cannot second at all. Bathroom and kitchen were spotless and the floor was sweapt. The sofa and floor showed some signs of previous use but certainly no sanitary issues. All of the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful.

The doubble-bed could've been bigger (it's 1,40 m at best - which may be a problem for some couples) and the matress was extremely soft (which is to be expected in Sweden but not very back-friendly). Breakfast was in included in our fare but we would not recommend paying extra. It's very basic with filter coffee, tea, milk (including alternatives) and water, standard muesli, simple bread rolls with a very limited choice of spreads. Additional Coffee varieties are for sale. For lusher breakfast options, check out Södermalm Sofo area but be advised that Swedes are late risers so don't expect anything to open before 10-11 am.

It had a nice location, not central but close to tram and metro. Traveling into the city was about 30 min by public transport. I liked the area the hotel was located and the large windows. The room was modern

There is parking possible, however I wouldn’t recommend using it. There is no actual entrance or exit for pedestrians, and you kinda just have to walk in through the car entrance? (According to the staff). You can exit trough a door somewhere and end up in another apartment building. We only had one duvet that we had to share, but it was super small

We were seeing a show at Fryshuset which is 5 mins walk from the hotel, so it was the perfect location. The hotel is probably perfect for visiting Stockholm centre too if you are ok with busses/public transport, as it was actually pretty close to decent transport lines (74:n bus). The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, actually they are a real credit to Unity, very big thanks to them.

It was PERFECT for what we were needing, but I imagine if you were looking for something for visiting the city centre you might feel it was a bit far out. But as mentioned, it’s actually very easy and affordable with the public transportation.

The hotel is very cool, the staff is friendly, you can buy drinks, food and coffee at the bar. Inside there are places to get some work done. The spacious rooftop terrace is cool.

Great apartment, but visually looked bigger in the photos. Like the bed - it was smaller in reality. It may be too small for two people. Also, for some reason the room was not cleaned and garbage was not taken away. Location, of course, far from the center and very difficult to get to tourist locations - you have to make several transfers by metro and streetcar. The air conditioning did not work in the room, it was stuffy and hot.

This hotel had the biggest rooms that I have ever stayed in in Stockholm--unusually large! And they had small kitchenettes, which is hard to find in Stockholm as well. The staff were friendly and the location was great--easy to reach by public transportation and easy to access the rest of the city from there. It was just a couple of minutes walk to the nearest tram stop. The bed was comfortable, but the hotel didn't have a lot of charm. Definitely a place I would stay again because I value the access to public transportation and I don't mind if the hotel isn't especially romantic.

The hotel was definitely geared towards business travelers, not especially welcoming or cozy but good facilities. There was an option to add breakfast to the stay but it was pretty basic, so I opted to eat at cafes in the neighborhood instead.
