We really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the interior design as well. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Location wise, i would say it was perfect for us because we went to our hotel from the central station which is only 15 minutes walking distance. Overall, it was a great experience and i would recommend others to stay at Elite Hotel Knaust if they are visiting Sundsvall.

We weren't very amazed by the breakfast buffet even though it was ok. Also, when we were taking a bath or shower the water was never hot enough but it was still tolerable.

The personal is really nice and helping in esch snd every situation. The room especially the bathroom was clean. Comfy bed. Iron and ironing board were available. Small table for everyday tasks. Good ventilation in the room. Room was always cool. Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of everything. Very quick replacement when something ran out.

The coffee in sweden isn't the best. Not comparable to coffee you get in italy

The hotel is placed very conveniently at the center of the town. The main square is just one or two blocks away. There are some good restaurants on the same street. The building is historical, you can find its blueprints at Sundsvall Museum.

They had some problems with booking, so I had to wait for a while when arrived at hotel. Also the room is on the last floor with some beams supporting roof hanging around you. Not a big deal, but feels slightly incomfortable. None of this is a deal breaker though.

Everything perfect including staff at hotel and I like breakfast room very much.

I requested car park lot when booking hotel and I got a message replied back from staff without say greeting (Hi/Hello). I considered this as un-polite especially communicate to customers.

Everything! Gorgeous hotel with great facilities in central location with an abundance of public parking nearby. Great helpful staff in the adjoining pub which had a great vibe and were flexible in supporting us to order food close to the deadline.

The generic (but very nice) nature of the rooms and the odd furnishings on the beautiful staircases take some away from the experience.

Prestigious old building tastefully converted to a modern hotel, with an excellent buffet breakfast in a superb panelled dining room.

The room was quite small with a view over an unattractive courtyard.
