I think this hotel targets mostly people who have just arrived by ferry or have a ferry on the following day. For this type of travellers (including ourselves) it is a perfect choice because the hotel provides you with a dinner + breakfast so you don't have to worry about your meal when you have to wake up early or arrive late. There is also a big parking next to it and it has a direct entrance to the terminal for pedestrians to the ferry terminal. For those travelling by car, the entrance to the terminal is a 5 minutes drive from there. The hotel even has devices to proceed with your online check-in to the ferry.

- the room was rather basic, it gave a cold and unwelcoming impression - but ultimately, I understand it's not necessarily aimed at people who are planning a longer stay - very few options for vegans - it would be good to provide an electric kettle and mugs in the room so guests can make some tea

The location close to the station and the ferry terminal was excellent. Breakfast was OK. The room was calm and comfortable with adequate lighting.

Breakfast could have started half an hour earlier bearing in mind the ferry times. The small bowls for muesli were irritating (one had to take two bowls to get an adequate portion of muesli). The room was uncomfortably cold to start with. Better signage to the hotel from the station would have been appreciated.

Everything. The hotel is well-equipped, the staff is super nice, the food is great, healthy and diverse. They offer cake and coffee for free in the afternoon, dinner and a great breakfast. The location is specially good if you are taking the ferry in the port in the morning.

Nothing. It was all great. Maybe just that the parking is not free and have a cost of 12 euros.

Perfect location for catching the ferry early in the morning. Dinner included in the rate. Breakfast is served from 6.30, if you need to leave earlier breakfast boxes are available. Dogs can be brought to the bar area.

Room a bit simple but ok clean.

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The room that I had was clean, really modern and comfortable.

The bed's mattress could have been a bit firmer! Otherwise, I can't think of anything to speak of. Everything else was fine.

The location was perfect for us, we just took the farry in the morning with no stress. Also the food in the restaurant was quite good, and the staff is nice!

The hotel is in a very good place if you travel by ferry. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Good beds and pillows. We liked the harbour view from our window .

There were some renovations going, not hotel's fault but it made a bit messy feeling.

Food was amazing. Breakfast had a massive spread of Danish cold cuts and herring, jams, cheeses, crackers/breads, crepes, as well as eggs and some meat, and finally yogurt with granola etc. Dinner was a little more sparse but very good.

Staying in an old -and comfortably refurbished- magazine by the harbour was a special feeling. There has been a very good choice of food for the supper as well as for breakfast. Looking at the busy harbour was interesting.
