The location is great , near shops and cafés and especially near Triangeln station , where you have direct connection to Copenhagen, Denmark. My room had everything what I needed. Spacious studio with equipped kitchenette. The staffs were friendly and helpful definitely I will come back again

Great location, lots of bars and restaurants right in the doorstep, round the corner from a shopping centre with a McDonald’s and entrance to Triangeln train station. 20 minute walk to the old square which is small but full of little shops and restaurants with a really good vibe. Many cafes and places to stop on the way. A further 20 minute walk from the old square to the beach which is great for walking along, surrounded by a large open green park/field. 2 train stops from CPH airport brings you to Triangeln station then a 3 minute walk to the hotel. Perfect location for me and I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Malmö.

Room (56) was a little bare of personal touches, a couple of framed prints on the wall but just lacked home comforts and niceties. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.

Located only a few minutes from the station Triangeln it is a good place for exploring the area around and even up to Copenhagen. Got checked in by a very nice lady that left no questions over and even had time there and then for some small talk. The rooms where just as described and offered me everything that I would need for a week stay. The kitchen area is enough to cook some (smaller) dishes as dining in a restaurant can be quite expensive in Scandinavia. The breakfast than can be booked with the stay is offered on the ground floor in the dining area and offers enough variation for the start in the day, I found the offer suitable. Temperature and quality in the rooms was good but it might depends also a little on the time of the year of your stay, keep in mind it is a historical building so these things are not uncommon.

Roomservice had been provided but had not been carried out. As I only stayed for one week it was no issue for me, and it can happen to forget something. Overall good!

As I told you already at the lobby, everything was nice! The staff are so friendly, it was my second time to visit this hotel in 1 week. So yah, if you're looking for a nice place to stay while you're visiting Malmö. Go for it! You'll get a good room that's really big and the value of the room really suits the price. The breakfast was amazing, the room was so nice. I'm gonna miss this place, cuz it felt like my home for 1 week. Would love to stay longer here.

There is nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect. Pictures of the room are very clear and you get what you see. Different types of rooms, I stayed first in a room that was almost 25m2 and at this stay I stayed at a room that was 39m2. I'm really gonna miss this place. See you back in August ❤️ and if I'm coming back earlier to Malmö, u gonna see me staying at your hotel as well. Lots of love ❤️

great room! Everything you need and nothing you don't. Fabulous location, comfy bed, all the facilities worked (shower, etc) super lovely breakfast and perfect for what we needed for a 5 night stay. Would definitely recommend!

Two issues: there needs to be a sign in the elevator that swiping your room card will activate the elevator. We were in that elevator 15 minutes trying to figure out how to make it go! Finally called the black phone at the closed reservation desk and we got the answer we needed. A simple note in the elevator would have solved this. Also, it took two days and my skilled techie wife to figure out the netflix. No way could a regular person have figured it out. I don't know how to make it easier or better explained but it was clear that only a tech genius could figure it out.

Great hotel, perfect location 5 minutes walk from Triangeln station. Breakfast included and fresh with plenty of choice of cereal, juice, cold meats and cheese, bakery items (disagree with some reviews stating it isn’t very good). Room very large, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, TV with chromecast worked well. We arrived very late (delayed flight), reception was closed but self check in was easy with text message instructions.

Shower doors didn’t close properly so bathroom floor became very wet. No coffee facilities in the hotel lobby (could have made in our room but we didn’t have any coffee and weren’t there long enough to buy - tea and coffee could be provided in the rooms?).

The studio was spacious and clean. Beds comfy although sofa bed springs were very loud and squeaky. Nice little kitchen area. The laundry room was very useful. Gym and sauna areas really nice. Breakfast was a buffet, it was tasty and fresh. We felt safe and comfortable in and around the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much.

There was a tiny step up on the way into the hall area and the bathroom that was not obvious as it was all the same colour as the floor. We hurt our feet on it quite a few times. Would have been great if there was a bar/restaurant in the hotel in the evenings. The restaurant area was only open for the breakfast.

We stayed 3 nights at the old chocolate factory and it was very pleasant. The neighborhood where it is located is quiet, there are bakeries and supermarkets close by. The studio was clean, spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom was huge which we liked, the bathtub came in handy after a few full days of walking and exploring the city. The staff was very kind and helpful, we appreciate the fact that we could leave our luggage at the reception as we had an evening flight. The breakfast buffet was good and varied, I loved the fresh bread, the fruits and vegetables (tip: book your seats for earlier hours to benefit from more variety).

Breakfast buffet was great and the staff serving in both reception and the restaurant were lovely. The room was great and a perfect size for 2 people. I used the laundry room and the gym both were well set up and clean.

For guests travelling, note that you must provide your own washing powder for the laundry room which can be purchased down the street however its a big box that we couldn't take with us.. I would recommend the hotel to sell individual sachets/portions of washing detergent either at reception or have them available in the laundry room to avoid this cost.

Room was clean with everything you could need inside. Location is great. Close to the Triangeln station and shopping center with a lot of good restaurants and cafés around. Breakfast offers variety of things and staff is kind. It has also interesting history which a cool addition. I will recommend it for sure 👌🏼

My payment in advance via Booking wasn't clearly shown so I needed to tell them twice during my stay I paid. So it would be maybe better to pay upon arrival in the object instead via application.
