Everything was good, but after check in on system the room key card did not come out. I was looking for it everywhere. It would be good if the system says collect your room key below from the machine or put a sign so we can see where to pick it up after finish check in. The extra cards should be removed from the front desk table because it confused the guest. Nothing shows what to do if we did not receive the room key card automatically from the machine. Lucky i had idea to check the screen do check in again saying i lost my card because there was no other options to choose? Then i received second room key card. The first card did not appear. Thank you

Just a suggestions. Morning Coffee was not hot enough from the coffee machine. A bread toaster machine would be good to be there.

I enjoyed the excellent location of this hotel which is close to the transportation and close to the beautiful and picturesque city. The room was large and clean, the wifi allowed me to work a day and have video conferences. The bed was confortable. I traveled there in the spring and had therefore no issues with noise or temperature as I read in previous ratings. Indeed I was pleased with my choice.

I knew there would be no welcoming staff at the reception, but one does miss a friendly greeting after all. Even if the whole automatic checkin process is working fine.

Very central, friendly staff at breakfast and the bar at the main entrance, I needed some hot water for a tea and they served it to me without extra charge. At breakfast the lady was very welcoming and friendly. The check-in machine was working and very easy to make the check-in as I was very tired with a bad flu. Definitely recommend it for the price.

The area could be a bit noisy, but that's central and if you close the curtains, then it's all fine

The communication with the staff and their support and flexibility at the reception by phone was amazing ! Got a free room upgrade 🙏🙏😊 I addition, I could take the breakfast in the room 👍🥰

You may can improve the room with some beauty staff for the bathroom (nice smelling shampoo, shower cap .....)

This is a very modern hotel in the sense that there is no one at the reception: you get codes, check in on an iPad and get your key. It makes the experience quite impersonal, but nothing wrong with that. Rooms are nice, standard. No airconditioning, so it could get hot in summer. The hotel is located on the trainstation-plaza, so it can be a bit noisy outside. Location is only a few minutes away from the city center. Possibility to park bikes in a separate location in the underground parking.

No gluten-free options at breakfast. No airco.

Truth be told, it looked a bit like a prison , but I liked it at lot . Actually pretty special.

- Good basic breakfast - who needs more? Good coffee. Fresh and clean. - The location, of course.

- Self check-in…. - no aircon (or we couldn’t find it), so the window had to be kept open, with attendant noise from the station area.

Able to check in at any time but the scanner on the front door was broken so had to get through to somebody on the intercom

Really close to the train station, very convenient. You also don't need to worry about checking in late. Good for the price you pay.
