The beds were incredibly comfortable. I could have slept all day long in it. Very nice bathroom, even though I'd prefer a shower than a bath tub. It was a nice surprise to have all drinks and snacks in the mini-bar offered by the hotel. The breakfast was various and delicious. It was perfectly located for us as we spent the night with some friends at the Met-Bar (7 minutes by feet from the hotel).

It was quite pricey for just one night and the breakfast was served only until 10.00. Until 11.00 would have been way better for us, especially on a Sunday morning.

Breakfast was good. Good selection of breakfast items. Staff were very friendly and cleanliness was excellent. Thank you very much.

Provision of a kettle & some tea bags and coffee as a daily complimentary item would have been appreciated.

The hotel has a very nice appearance. I reserved 2 rooms. The room in the 300 building was much nicer that the other room in the main building. I loved that our 300 building room had an AC unit, loved the free beverages and our view of the castle was so great. Breakfast was outstanding with so many good choices.

Our other room in the main building did not have AC. The view was basically just the sky. We couldn't get the room cooled down well at night.

The area, the staff..

The hotel is understaffed... At breakfast almost everyday there was things not ready to eat. Food was missing and not available anymore like Eggs & bacon and bread. Also when they have 80 people for breakfast and only one little 2 slice toaster it just doesn't work...We went to the reception to complain around 09:15 and waited 10 minutes saw no-one and gave up on breakfast...This was on the 20th of May..

We appreciated the free parking spot in the Hotel Garage. Very friendly and professional staff (however we didn't interact a lot as we stayed only one night). The breakfast was very good, with all you need. Hotel location is perfect, really close to everything, all the restaurants are around. The room was clean and nice, not the largest room we ever had, but perfect for two travellers.

We travelled mid march and the room temperature was a bit warm, but you can open the windows a little while and then you are fine for the night. Otherwise there is really nothing to report in this section.

Breakfast was good ,lots of choice. Good location .Friendly and polite staff. Upgraded my room which was good of them.

Checked out at 4am but took a while to find somebody to open the doors to let me out.

Nice hotel in the center of Lenzburg which is a very pretty little town with a beautiful castle. We stayed there for two nights and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good with a decent choice of cheese (surprisingly 😉) and pastries. The staff was very friendly and kind. We were able to park our car in the hotel garage which was very convenient.

The hotel is a bit of a maze with different levels, but one can survive if stays long enough. 😉 Also beds were soft for my liking but that is a question of one's personal preference.

Location, Breakfast, Area, Local Pub, and staff, clean and tidy..

Cheaper and we would visit more often...

Food was delicious, great breakfast! Location is super central, comfortable spacious free parking. Rooms have small, but cozy balcony.
