The staff are really wonderful and find ways to help you/make you comfortable. If you're staying multiple days, ask for the Ticino card - it gives you free public transport in all of Ticino (busses and trains) and discounts on the Bellinzona castles and other attractions. That plus the location just across from the train and bus stations make it a really convenient stay.

Wifi was somewhat unreliable

room was at top of the hotel and was very quiet. ideal location as railway station only about 200 yards away. good selection at breakfast. excellent restaurant at property. it was nice to be able to sit out on the communal balcony at night to cool down.

probably just me being picky but i would have liked the milk to be cold when putting it on my cereal.

The location is great really close to the train station. A staff was nice. the hotel and room was clean and if you stay on the high floor there will be an elevator. it also includes breakfast that easy going. To sum up if you going to Bellinzona I definitely recommend this place.

the hotel is a stone’s throw from the bahnhof and bear to the sights of Bellinzona. The room interior is older but clean. Breakfast was excellent. gluten free bread was available. parking was available to a daily fee.

One of my party would have liked plusher towels and pillows. Common to this area, no AC, which was fine in May but may be hot in summer.

Very comfortable beds, room was bigger than expected, and everything was clean! Very happy that we could open 3 windows and the small balcony door all the way at night, since it was incredibly hot during our stay in Bellinzona and no airconditioning (which isn’t healthy anyway). Breakfast was good, the service of the staff was really the best part of our stay. They remembered in which room we were, and how we drank our coffee. Would definitely stay here again!! Would recommend to others.

Very much as described online. Small room but comfortable and with all needed amenities. Excellent location in the heart of things, directly opposite train station and blocks to Castelgrande and other highlights. Lift (half flight up from reception, but still a bonus). Private parking, limited but adequate,, a great benefit in Bellinzona. Excellent breakfast and dinner.

Central location, nicely renovated room, big terrace with the room, good breakfast.

The renovated rooms should also have hanger for coats on the wall and the "Do not disturb" sign to put on the door, just like the older rooms.

Cosy little room at a great location with friendly staff. And 10% discount in the restaurant! We eat some of the best pizza in years here 🙂 Great views from the room

Not the most comfortable bed

Location is very good, right in the main street of town and very close to the station. Has paid parking onsite as well as a restaurant. Breakfast is varied and good.

No air conditioning or bar fridge. Can leave items in restaurant fridge.

Super great location (right next the train station and bus stops). You can travel pretty much anywhere from there. Staff nice and helpful, spoke good English. Restaurant on site with short, but tasty italian menu, good value for the price. Room was clean, a bit small, with a modern bathroom.

Ventilation in the room was non-existent or broken - we needed to sleep with open window, and that resulted in a lot of noises from the train station.
