Breakfast was amazing, especially when sitting in the glass extension of the breakfast hall. Very nice composition of fruit, fresh egg products, cereals, and Italian breakfast bread/brioches. The room (in annex B) had a pretty and interesting style with a very comfortable shower. No view, yeah, but we knew that from the booking. Comfortable bed. Easy access from the train station (where, 3min away from the hotel, you can also park).

Internet didn't work well in room 20B, i.e. the most remote room in the annex.

The location of the hotel is perfect, opposite to the train station. Short walk to town. Good and varied breakfast. Close to several options for lunch or dinner. There are two parking options, 12Fr for street parking, 15Fr for covered parking. It is worth paying a little more to have the car in the shade, especially in summer and the extreme heat those days. The reception staff is very friendly. On Saturday there is a market in the square, it is worth seeing it and trying the polenta before visiting the castles.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is in front of the train station, and next few Bus stops. I could see one of the Castle from my window. I had a full breakfast for CHF 8 the staff was very friendly and helpful. the only downside was the Wi-Fi kept dropping off, I told management before I left and they offered me breakfast for the inconvenience. If you are going to stay in Bellinzona I recommend the International

The WI-FI was poor

Comfy bed, clean, nice room, nice staff, well located, varied breakfast buffet, parking was easy.

Water temp not constant, eggs appeared not fully cooked the first morning, and appeared to be overcooked leftovers the second day. There are a few unexpected steps in places - be aware if accessibility is a concern.

The hotel is perfectly situated opposite Bellinzona Station. The room was fine for one person and all the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and I have to say the coffee machine takes its time but serves a lovely Cappucino. I would happily stay there again.

The bathroom was a little small but everything worked well - not a big issue.

Cleanness, small but comfortable room, modern furniture and facilities, breakfast buffet (very rich and server from 6:30!!), safe bicycle storage space downstairs, perfect location next to the train and bus station and to the city center. Very nice people at the reception.

I've stayed here before and was happy to be returning. Great location and facilities. Secure parking. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Modern, luxurious and comfortable room and en-suite. Delicious food in the restaurant and great selection at breakfast. I would gladly come back and can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

beyond great location and super clean rooms, staff was suuuuuuper friendly, kind, welcoming, helpful. All of them! We travel a lot but this was exceptional! We forgot something in the room so I called and asked them to check, which they did and very next day they sent it to me immediately!!

Bathroom sink was almost too powerful, I almost washed away! But this is a small thing, overall wonderful.

Good location of the hotel for visiting the town, personal really friendly and effective, hotel has a nice atmosphere and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Size of the rooms and bathrooms are fair, inline with a hotel in a city center. For the price It would be nice to have a bit more space however. Large choice for breakfast, the personal was very efficient - despite having many are people at the same time, there was no lack of things at the buffet at any time, no waiting times - very good.

Like I’ve seen in other comments: the pillows are very thin, they do not support well the head... (at least mine) a pity. Wi-Fi connection was unreliable (at least in my room)
